However, when I called to schedule, not only did the lady on the phone have to put me on hold to find the answer to every question, but I was informed that I could not schedule the Remodel or any facial (as the same lady performs them all) for almost two months. I did go ahead and schedule and request to be put on the cancelation list. UPDATE: I was called for an opening within a week of being placed on the cancelation list. The woman who owns La De Da performed the facial, Christine Price, and it was incredible. I can understand why people love this place. Christine was very friendly and skillful. To begin, I was placed on a heated bed/table and a steady flow of warm steam was directed towards my face. After many different cleansers were applied and facial massages performed, the Remodeling began. It is (as I understand it) two pads which conduct a particular current which helps to strengthen the fascia in the face. The pads feel a bit like ants marching on your skin, not unpleasant but a bit odd. However, all the proof you need for this treatment is in the mirror after a session. I looked more awake and alert, and immediate scheduled another one. CONCLUSION: I still wish the wait time was less and that the front desk staff were a little more knowledgable and friendly, but the remodel facial with Christine makes the wait worth it!

I normally go to a nail salon for pedicures, but my daughter bought me a gift certificate for Tudor. This was one of the best pedicures ever! Stephanie was very gentle when trimming, but also gave a very nice foot massage. Great job on the polish as well. I also didn't feel rushed like I sometimes do in my regular nail salon. The only negative comment I have is for the "chatty cathy" who was doing someone's hair just steps away. I think it's just a bad idea to have a hair salon in the same space as a nail salon. I like peaceful relaxation for pedicures and massages and the constant yakking kind of ruins the experience for me. If you don't mind that kind of atmosphere, go see Stephanie for a pedicure!

Guess they didn't take me serious about asking for the same level of stylist. I didn't ask for someone cheap. The haircut I received was NOTHING like the initial photo grouping that I had asked for. She took over a foot off of the back of my head and now it feels like I have a bald area in the back. I can't get it fixed because the top layers are so short they almost touch the top of my ears. Mind you my hair was past my cleavage. The sides don't match in length or thickness. It looks like I have the Kate plus eight haircut with a mullet length attached on the bottom. Almost like the jellyfish hair. If don't style my hair at all and it looks like shit. I even mentioned that I air dry and I like having my hair up. I can't have all of my hair up anymore. I can't air dry anymore. I wish I had never even saw this place. I can't even fix it for at least few months now and I'm supposed to get married in less than a year....

She is my forever stylist!…read more Tired of not so good hair from some very good salons I let my hair grow out and carefully searched for better options. I decided to come here after looking for a salon that had a reputation for being contemporary, a little out of the box with their creativity, attention to detail and was attracted by the pride she took in her art and craft. Nicole loves what she does and it shows. Nicole is the very first stylist I have ever had a successful cut and style that I actually love * love * love! Great hair is possible and when you find it you know you have something special. I have used Square One, Studio Blue and like goldilocks found one just right when I arrived at Nicole's chair looking for that "just right experience." While the other salons I went to are all very good my search brought me to what I now think is my forever hair home. The entire experience was one of them carefully listening to my needs. But the main event of course is about the hair. Nicole cut my hair and she just made it wonderful. Nicole is wonderful. A true artist. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The facilities were clean, simple and very calming. This was not a 5 star experience. It was a solid 10 stars and then some. I am so grateful for her.
