They don't carry very many men's products, I prefer the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree line, but they can order it. You just have to plan ahead and let them know, which I'm horrible at until I'm in the shower and out of shampoo. This is NOT how you treat paying customers. I don't even want the appointment anymore -- I want my money back. And no, I'm not accepting Groupon credit. That's not what I paid in, and I shouldn't be forced to take store credit from a place I'll never trust again.
