I think she does a mediocre job in cutting hair, only because she likes to rush the hell out of your haircut. Maybe if she took her time then it would be a way better experience with awesome results. I came in for a high fade comb over and she couldn't get it right the first time. They don't give you time to inspect the end result with a mirror. I had to go to the bathroom to find out she missed a spot. I asked to just snip of the spot she missed and she was so disgruntled. Definitely the last time I will be coming back here. What surprised me the most is that their services are gratuity free and they don't charge you extra at checkout like a lot of other salons do which is a big plus. Raven is often fully booked, so a lot of people get their appointment booked with her a month in advance so she is definitely amazing at what she does.
