He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start.

Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. He verbally quoted me a ballpark estimate to fix the issue but also gave me step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot & resolve the issue in case it was something very minor. Turns out it was and I was able to clear up this issue with Dan's help over the phone. Side note: turns out I did hire Lyons in the past for an issues with our bathroom plumbing in which they did a phenomenal job, were very punctual & communicative, and were reasonably priced. I also learned about some mistakes I made in trying to DIY the issue. Seems like the whole Lyons team are not only pros at their trade but also great teachers who are genuinely there to help. Giving 5 stars for Dan's professionalism, ability to detect my sense of urgency (a little desperation too, probably), and willingness to help a customer even if didn't help his bottom line. Honestly not sure how Lyons stacks up compared to their competitors on price alone, but my bet is that they're second to none in quality work and professionalism. Our consultation with Jacob was informative without any of the typical sales pressure one might often get. I am deeply appreciative that he had no expectation of any decisions to be made same day. He also set our mind at ease, offering a step-wise approach instead of all-or-nothing. I felt good, not nervous at all, about our investment. Our installation professional was friendly and explained everything he did. Very happy with the process; he even worked around another contractor we had working in the same area of our home. We immediately noticed our hair is softer! We no longer have the water spots at our kitchen sink making it dirty all the time. I notice that our soap suds up better, and we don't have 2 inches of scale on our humidifier elements! The only negative was turned around quickly by Negleys...
