The reason was that I told him his quote more than doubled the amount three months ago and I would not accept it. The consequence is that one accident had two records in my Carfax history and the false one happened on the date when I asked Mike for a quote. To make things even worse, Carfax was stupid on the mistake and refused to correct it even I showed the photos of the damage were the exactly the same as before.
