I was a Foothill Medical Supply customer for 3-4 years. Excellent service!…read more!!BUT!! New owner, Linn Care has made no personal contact with me. They sent me a form letter, followed by a large box of a type of sleep equipment I no longer use, even though my Sleep Doctor sent the new specific order to a local Salem supplier. Foothill changed their name and let me know their name changed. A form letter (yes my equipment is showing wear and tear), then this big box which is nothing like my sleep MD ordered. This new place is night and day different. They used to call and ask what I needed, even send out a sleep tech to make sure everything was OK. Communication with them now is nothing like Foothill Medical Supply who would consistently answer the phone in 3-4 rings. A sleep tech would come to my house to make sure everything was perfect. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! LinCare Customer service is terrible! I called them today, mid-morning on a weekday, not a holiday. I waited on hold today 15 minutes and 28 seconds, "your call is very important to us; our staff is busy assisting other callers and will be with you shortly". Nobody ever answered at all. I gave up. LinCare doesn't seem to care. Never talked to anyone. A form letter and I get equipment I no longer can use. Hello, Medicare?

In my quest to locate cool, lesser known places, I stumbled across Jet Records while searching online and finally had a chance to visit. The store occupies the same building as a jet ski repair shop, which is a little odd to say the least, but trust me when I say that this place is a hidden gem. Specializing in traditional heavy metal, power metal and hard rock, it was right up my alley, and the gentleman that was working on the day I visited was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time go through the CDs they keep behind the counter with me so that I could pick out some sick discs. Indeed, although Jet Records is definitely more focused on vinyl, they also have a small yet killer CD selection and being more of a CD guy I walked away extremely satisfied, picking up new discs from Glacier and Leather Witch plus some used Anthrax and Armored Saint. If you're into old school trad/heavy metal, power metal or hard rock, you owe it to yourself to check out Jet Records.

Two days later my order shows up along with the order I thought hadn't gone through? Just returned it a few hours ago and met Raul and Evan who were also very nice and accommodating and Raul even gave me a tour of the operation. The warehouse is large and very organized. I am very impressed with this business and it's employees and will definitely buy all my fishing tackle from them in the future. Prices are great too!
