So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

They carry a limited selection of good new gear. My prize find was a Vintage LL Bean 100% wool jacket with a few very minor flaws. for $50 two years ago. They also offer free clinics on outdoor equipment use and repair. They also have great end of season sales. As a outdoors person for 60 plus years all over the US and abroad I am very impressed with them.

Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. My first experience was with one of the management team - Brody - and I cannot day enough great things about my interactions with him. My family and I will be back!
