I found my wonderful Sewing Teacher here and I've been quilting for a year and a half and sewing with her. I have almost finished three quilts and I'm going to do one more. I also was able to come here and get all my backing, batting and border materials for my quilts and I found that they have once a month class for quilting where I will be coming shortly to get instruction on hand quilting since it's pretty rare and you can't seem to find people to help you do that but they do here. My $11,000.00 machine never worked right and I could not get good service until Judy at Keizer Bernina Stretch and Sew adopted me. She finally got my 830 running perfectly after many months and all new parts and computer boards. I have since upgraded my 830 to an 880 and purchased a 560 for my grandson to sew on. I would NEVER take a Bernina sewing machine anywhere else. Classes and training on both the machine and learning the software are fantastic. As they say "your not just purchasing a machine, you are purchasing the service as well". So be careful where you buy your machines from. I highly recommend Keizer Bernina Stretch and Sew in Keizer, Oregon.
