I then called and spoke to Thea that confirmed she got the order but what i ordered wasn't the loom but an extension of some sort. she told me they sell those separately which is fine but then why didn't she respond to my email and refund me? She said she would refund me but never did and never responded to my emails and when I called again a very rude person said she was just too busy and it would be another week. I had to contact my bank and get them involved. I don't think this is the way to operate a business but just know I will never order from them again and let the buyer beware with their terrible customer service.

I went to the activity last month and while the normal teacher wasn't there, it was a very enjoyable experience. When the activity was posted for this month, I was very excited to attend and meet the normal instructor. The class was from 3:00 to 5:00 and was listed as make this craft for free during this session. I arrived at 2:55 and the instruction for how to sew the project had already been delivered despite the fact that people were showing up for the 3:00 start time. Also the supplies were not provided but the most frustrating part was we weren't even going to make the craft. Everybody was disappointed and the store said everyone who showed up must have misunderstood what was clearly posted differently on their website. It felt like a bait and switch which was disappointing for a company that I had valued so much in the past. The selection in the store is great, but I was left with a sour taste in my mouth from the community crafting class that did not involve any crafting or community. The instructor said all of the information was online so I'm not sure why we even came to the store in the first place.
