Yes, a Vodka Atelier
Mahesh P.

I know, "Vodka Atelier" is pretentious as f**k. But, do get past that, for the food is stellar, the staff is friendly to a fault, the (infused) vodkas are excellent, and did I mention the food is stellar? The cuisine is modernized/re-interpreted versions of traditional polish cuisine, and is *stellar* * sous-vide eggs w/ the beef tartar * pork knuckles that have been de-constructed for you (and don't worry, there is still way more than you can consume) * black-pudding in "spring roll" form and so forth. It may sound wonky (or, well, pretentious), but trust me, it is *extremely* well done. And yes, the place is, technically, a "vodka bar", with a bajillion flavored (and not) vodkas available - each of the items on the menu has a suggested "pre" and "post" vodka shot, all of which actually pair well with the food. And yes, it might be a "mini" shot, but, well, you'll still feel the effects. So, be careful!!!

Well, everything has been said by others here already. Can only add that the desserts are also worth trying - goat (sic!) cheesecake with a (master)piece of yolk cake (sękacz) and raspberry sorbet paired with Majewski's Polish cherry plum liquer did crown the dinner.

Perfect pairings for duck and chicken dishes.

Exceptional food with immaculate presentation. Vodka pairings that will make you wonder why you haven't been drinking the stuff your whole life. Atmosphere that will definitely lead to a second date. What more could you ask for? Maybe a larger gut so you could try every offering. Elixir was the perfect antidote for all of my ailments.

I think this was an apple dessert

The food was amazing and the service was equally amazing. This is a restaurant where you can order literally anything on the menu and it'll taste good.

Food was excellent. Service was very attentive. Staff spoke English. You should do the vodka pairing.

This restaurant is super cute. As you walk up to the entrance, it calls your attention. We sat in…read moreoutdoor "covered" patio which has heaters. Perfect even during winter. Menus are translated to English as well. Our waitress was very nice and helped us make some choices. We got served some complimentary rye bread with some ham and cheese spreads. (so so good) We went with the pork schnitzel and.... The portion sizes here are HUGE!!! So worth it! It was absolutely delicious. Not greasy and perfectly breaded and fried. We also tried the pierogis which came with grilled onions on the side and they were great. This is where I fell in love with Cytrynowka (homemade lemon vodka) and spent the rest of my time in Poland looking for more. It was so good. Highly recommend trying it! Our bill also came with complimentary shots of cherry vodka (yes please!) So in total we had 2 beers, 2 shots of lemon vodka, pierogis, and pork schnitzel and the bill came out to $37.91 (US). So with that said, it is extremely reasonably priced! Definitely check it out when you're visiting Warsaw.
