The home we purchased has a Dolphin installed pool. Which is way awesome by the way! Twice in the last two years I needed referrals to some service people and some info on the equipment. Even though I wasn't spending any more money with them, both times they went out of their way to return my calls (who does that anymore?) and get me the info I needed. Thanks today to Maria P. in the warranty dept. If this service is any indication of how they treat all their customers you're in good hands! read more

Kimble was great. Very knowledgeable and have me some great suggestions regarding layout and options. Dolphin built our first pool over 20 years ago, so they were my first call for an estimate for our new house! read more

My experience has not been good with Dolphin Pools. It has been nearly 7 months since I signed my contract and the pool/spa is not finished. The sub contractors seem like nice people but the fact is they have made many mistakes - poured the steps wrong, broke pipes, stained the pool trim tile, installed chipped and unlevel travertine pavers, put the pebble finish on the spa before installing the sleeves for the spa jets which meant they had to chissel back out all of the pebble finish. etc. read more

We are very happy with our dolphin pool 3 years after having it built. They did an awesome job through the build process and we're very supportive along the way. The construction of the pool is great quality and we have not had any issues with decking, pool or equipment. The team is very professional and always there to help. Joe was our salesman and he was awesome. Answered all of questions and helped us through the design process. I reached out to dolphin pools recently for a deck skimmer basket and Tania Romero was a huge support. She located a basket/net for me and I was able to pick it up from the office. Their customer service is on point and it's obvious they want to take care of their customers. Much appreciated! Ninos K read more

While I can't yet speak to the pool build process the build consultation couldn't have gone better. We had Tony come out and look at the space we have in mind and go over possibilities and options with us. He was extremely professional and detailed. If all dolphin employees are as good as Tony anyone who builds with them are in great hands! Thanks Dolphin pools! read more

This may be my third review because we have built 3 Dolphin Pools. We knew going in, there could be some delays and unexpected snags due to the crazy pandemic. Joe designed a beautiful pool. It turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Maria P. is an absolutely gem and made sure our experience was the best it could be. read more

So grateful for Dolphin Pools and especially Jake Wozniak! Great customer service all around!

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with getting a pool installed, and I have had 4 other installed over the past 35 years. We signed our contract in March of 2022, it is now April almost May 2023 and we still do not have all the parts to our pool, that are in the contract. We were promised an October 2022 completion date. Communication is terrible with this company. We would be told dates various crews were to come and never showed up, to crews just showing up unannounced. We expected some delays but now well over a year later and parts are still back ordered??? Seems questionable. Neighbors have had their pools completed that before us that signed contracts almost 5-6 months after we did. We were told there was a shortage on shotcrete, but my pool sat with shotcrete for over 5 months with no pebble. My back yard has been destroyed for well over a year now due to all of the delays and run around we have received. The Crews would use my back yard as their personal toilet, left trash and items all over my back yard, leave our gate open so our pets could get out, etc. Office staff is rude, unprofessional, and cannot seem to give you a straight answer. Even the President will not return calls or emails until they want money. This company came recommended to us, and now I would recommend staying away from this contractor. They like to blame their sub-contractors for everything, but bottom line is we signed a contract with Dolphin Pools not the sub-contractor. You get a run around at every turn or blamed for their short comings, damage to your pool that costs a pretty penny. Please check out their competitors before signing a contract with these guys. Wish we would have gone to another contractor, our pool would have been completed much sooner and we would have been much happier. Seems they could schedule much better, before leaving a large gaping hole in your yard for a year. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

Still waiting for my wall to be fixed. The brick that was supposedly back ordered is exactly the same brick that you can find in any home improvement store and I know this because it is a gray one- not the tan color that is in my wall. I realize it's still would have needed to be painted but at least a tan brick would have been closer to the actual color. now 3 weeks have gone by since they finally replaced that one block and they still haven't matched the pain. read more

Satisfied with how our pool came out and the timeline from start to finish. It was great to work with Drew and Dustin was awesome.

Couldn't be happier! This is our 3rd year since we've had our Dolphin pool and not a single complaint. Construction went very smoothly and was well managed throughout the whole process by Jake W (Kimball was great too during the design phase). The build passed all city inspections with flying colors (which is saying something in Peoria) and we even had 2 small issues with dings in the acrylic and pebble-tech which were quickly resolved under our warranty with no fuss. We got quotes from a couple other builders that wanted 20k more for the same pool and insisted it was worth it just because it was their brand. I'm here to tell that's nonsense. Our neighbors built with one of those brands and it took 1 entire year for their build to complete when Dolphin had us swimming in under 3 months!! Only regret is we wish we had done a spa too, but we know who to call when the time comes! read more
