They wouldn't have mentioned that it was out of stock of course, but I had to ask my 81 year old mom to send me a picture. They then offered to send me another bouquet and the vase on Wednesday. I said to please just give me a refund....and they refunded me for the vase. I suggested they make this right by offering me a bigger refund, and haven't heard back. I have not had this horrible of an experience with any other flower delivery EVER!
