My wife was impressed with how beautiful the selection was. 2) Space: Once you enter the space, you're surrounded by plants and household goods like candles. The shop is put together well, inviting you to stay awhile browsing every corner. 3) Staff: Holley, the owner, was managing the shop when we stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. She is welcoming and can guide you through the store connecting you to the right bouquet or plant. She Loves Me's Barracks Row shop is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Despite the time crunch, the team was polite, prompt, and incredibly responsive. The absolute highlight was an unadvertised extra step that shows true artistry: I had asked for a specific type of bird accent for the bouquet. Instead of saying 'no' because they didn't have a plastic pick, they took the time to hand-draw a stenciled version of the bird with varying colors to include in the arrangement. It was a beautiful, personal touch that I never expected. Walking in to pick it up, the space was warm, cozy, and inviting. The staff is just as wonderful--beautiful, attractive people who were friendly and made the whole experience feel special. It was easy and seemed to have a great selection. Since it was a surprise and my friend was going to potentially be out in the afternoon, I called the shop yesterday about when it would be delivered. I spoke with Bill (I think?) and he was really helpful. This morning I received a call from my friend! She was excited about the bouquet and said it looked good. It was a set that came with a gold vase. She said it was really nice and she knew she'd be able to repurpose it after the flowers.

I picked up a Hoya Compacta Hindu Rope, a ZZ plant, a Philodendron Lemon Neon, a Bromeliad, a Crassula Jade, an annual, and a six inch Euphorbia Firestick cactus. Every plant looked healthy and well cared for. Since it was a quiet Wednesday morning, I got very personalized attention, but honestly the service here is always excellent even when the store is busy. The staff makes every customer feel valued, no matter how many people are in the shop. The prices are higher than big box stores, but the quality and care of the plants make it worth it.
