The shop is put together well, inviting you to stay awhile browsing every corner. 3) Staff: Holley, the owner, was managing the shop when we stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. I needed a very specific 'story in six stems' arrangement with hard-to-find colors to honor my family of friends and the recently departed for an otherwise casual reunion. Despite the time crunch, the team was polite, prompt, and incredibly responsive. The absolute highlight was an unadvertised extra step that shows true artistry: I had asked for a specific type of bird accent for the bouquet. Instead of saying 'no' because they didn't have a plastic pick, they took the time to hand-draw a stenciled version of the bird with varying colors to include in the arrangement. It was a beautiful, personal touch that I never expected. Walking in to pick it up, the space was warm, cozy, and inviting. The staff is just as wonderful--beautiful, attractive people who were friendly and made the whole experience feel special. It was easy and seemed to have a great selection. Since it was a surprise and my friend was going to potentially be out in the afternoon, I called the shop yesterday about when it would be delivered. I spoke with Bill (I think?) and he was really helpful. This morning I received a call from my friend! She was excited about the bouquet and said it looked good. It was a set that came with a gold vase. She said it was really nice and she knew she'd be able to repurpose it after the flowers.

Every plant looked healthy and well cared for. Since it was a quiet Wednesday morning, I got very personalized attention, but honestly the service here is always excellent even when the store is busy. The staff makes every customer feel valued, no matter how many people are in the shop. The prices are higher than big box stores, but the quality and care of the plants make it worth it.
