When I get hit with birthdays it usually happens all at once. We all grew up with knowing this was a place to purchase cards of all varieties. Now it has somehow morphed into a tchotchke shop of sorts that is aimed at the suburban mom crowd. I mean, kudos to you for remaining relevant enough to remain a brand. I somehow was able to bypass all the tchotchkes and made my way to the card section and spent a lot of time searching for the perfect card for each person I had to buy for. After picking up all the cards I had to get I found my way back through the tchotchkes to the register. The customer service here was incredible. While checking out, they were able to make it a breeze. I wasn't sure if I remembered my membership information but they were able to pull me up to credit me with my purchase. They also made chit chat to make it seem like less time was spent at the register.
