Our youngest daughter wanted to exchange her pair of earrings for another pair and was not given the time of day, so she walked out. Our oldest daughter went in to exchange her pair of earrings and also was not given help. When she finally was getting the attention from one of the girls who again were talking among them self's she found a pair that was more expensive then her first pair. The point here is is that the girl helping was snooty about the price implying my daughter could not afford that pair of earring. It is really sad that these girls working in here think so highly of them self's and and give attitude like this. I feel very sad that my girls were treated like this and therefor I want to get someone's attention. This was totally uncalled for.
