Shelves are truly completely filled all the time, and I find this is one of those Dollaramas that you always find what you're looking for. I honestly wish I could rate it 5 stars, but unfortunately, I can only give 3- the cashiers at this location are EXTREMELY slow, and I've noticed that they are not well-trained in general with the registers. It's very annoying because there have been time where I've waited 20+ minutes in line waiting to have my products cashed out. When I have my 15 minute break at work, I barely have any time usually to grab a quick snack at Dollarama. This is all because of these cashiers! Even when every cash aisles are open, there are still very long lines. So, my advice- If you have time to kill and you don't mind waiting in lines every once in a while, this Dollarama will usually always have what you're looking for, which is great!

Last Saturday, I was in Scarborough to pick up some takeout for dinner. After fetching my food, I did a search to find a dollar store and found this Dollarama across the street from where I was. Perfect! This store is in a corner of a plaza where Markham Street Station is. I found parking closer to the RBC bank and backed into a spot. I then walked over to check the store out. The merchandise is laid out similar to most Dollarama stores. You get seasonal items, which is Valentine's Day and Easter merchandise that immediately greet you. The selection was decent. Gift cards are right by the entrance. It's a trend. It doesn't work for me, though. Getting a gift card is the last thing I want to do when I'm at a dollar store. I'm getting goods for me! This store had a lot of candy. I was impressed. The selection was fabulous. I liked seeing sugar-free options. One-litre bottles of Pepsi products are indeed a dollar at this store. Most items start at $1.25. It's nice that you can still get something for a loonie. I end up getting a couple of bottles when I want pop. I tend to get either Diet Pepsi or Pepsi Zero. I like getting tissue paper at Dollarama. It does make your gift bag more festive with pretty tissue paper. It's nice and it doesn't breaking your budget. I had a competent woman at the checkout area. The store was busy when I was there at 5 pm. I paid with a debit card. Done! I liked my visit here. I'd return when I'm in the neighbourhood again. (58)

It's bigger than most dollar stores I've been to. They offer bath products, toys, crafts, kitchen supplies, birthday supplies, souvenirs, candy, home decoration pieces, etc. The quality of their products are good. The aisles are quite spacious but the store can get busy, making it a bit difficult to shop. There are always plenty of cashiers on board. They are quick and friendly but the lines are still long. Overall, a great place to hit if you don't want to spend a whole lot of cash.

This car charger that plugs into any car's cigarette lighter had served me well. Devices charge faster using a car charger than simply plugging it into an available USB A or C port in the vehicle. I was at Heartland Centre the following day and noticed this Dollarama. I wondered if it had a replacement car charger for me. This store is in a plaza across from a trifecta building with Starbucks, Copper Branch, and Edo Japan. Best Buy and Jysk anchor this section of Heartland. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I pulled into an available one and walked into the store. Kitchen utensils greeted me. It was so deadly. I wanted everything from a garlic press to training chopsticks. I already know how to use chopsticks, but the training ones were so cute and functional! It took little time for me to find the phone accessories aisle. This store had two car chargers. One had two USB A ports. The other one had one USB A port and one USB C port. Perfect! I liked an avocado cover for your laptop's camera. I didn't need one. If I did, this one would have been mine. I also found Lysol toilet bowl cleaner with hydrogen peroxide. I had never tried it before, so I picked up a bottle. This store didn't have any human cashiers. I had to use one of the self-checkout kiosks. The one that I used worked well. I scanned my two items and then paid with a credit card. Done! My car charger works nicely. I'm so glad that I got a replacement one here. The Lysol toilet bowl cleaner with hydrogen peroxide worked nicely. I was impressed! I had a terrific experience here. You see the price vary depending on the item that you're getting. You can get sandwich bags with the zipper seal for $1.25. A roll of aluminum foil will cost you $3. Prices are still decent. I've heard that the most expensive item these days will set you back $5. I have yet to buy anything for that price. I bought something for my plant a while back that was $4.25. I like getting tissue paper for gift bags and the gift bags themselves. They are cheap and of decent quality. The snacks are also amazing. I am seeing more sugar-free options these days, but they are still outnumbered by chocolate bars and hard candy that are highly sugary. I have bought lightbulbs from Dollarama in the past. It didn't set my house on fire. One of them recently died. It was an LED. I can't recall how long I have been using it. It was definitely for a few years. Last Saturday, I was hoping to drop by this store and shop. It's not worth attempting a visit on weekends. This store is next to the Mandarin, where families like to gather and enjoy the buffet. All parking spots in this vicinity were taken up. It likely explains why I don't shop here as often than I used to. There's a Dollar Tree a couple of minutes away that never has an issue with parking. I tend to like the variety of products that it offers, including bagel seasoning and sugar-free beverages. This is probably the least known one as it's tucked in a corner inside Box Grove Plaza, but this is probably by favourite of the four. Everything about this particular store is organized, and I find this store carries a lot more of the $3 items that are actually worth that much (e.g: huge collections of shampoo and body/hand wash). The cashiers here are also efficient and actually smile and greet at you, despite them being paid the amount they are paid. This store gets somewhat busy around 5-6pm as business workers do come in to buy some last-minute items, which makes sense as it is located in an almost purely residential area.

The scrapbook section was pretty sad and I will likely not come back for it at this location. All I saw were mostly plastic bags, stickers, etc. Pretty much the same as other locations but with less items. They also didn't have microwaveable popcorn (usually 3 bags for $1.25 at other locations). Not a bad one if you're in the area since they do carry a bit of everything.
