I tell you that product is everywhere not in the proper locations where it should be i don't know how customers are comfortable shopping or even to know where anything is at. What is the purpose of having aisle signs, I swear i thought I was in competition of a scavenger hunt. A thrift/ flea market is 300x more organized than this store.

We kind of like it, and it was the first stop in a day full of interesting experiences down in the southwest suburbs of Houston. Dollar Tree is a good Discount Store and Barbi thinks this chain is better than all the other chains when it comes to dollar and discount merch, but this location is pretty average as far as they go. Also the line was way too long, and unnecessarily so if you ask us, and some of the other customers here were as rude as the employees were.

I think where this place really shines is the game room: the shop sells a ton of snacks and drinks, there's a bathroom (with air freshener and diffuser!) for long sessions, and cool ambience that fits different aesthetics. There's also a painting area for mini figs complete with lights for precision. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, as well! Can't say much about the pricing unfortunately, as I'm not much of a figurine player- they seemed accurate to other places though- around 80$ for sets, 20-40$ for detailed figures, and around 20$ or less for some basic / premade figures. They had a section at the back near the game room with 15$ pre-primed figures for painting if you are just into painting figs too.

On his first visit, he received a fair offer, which we appreciated. However, during a second visit with even more valuable pairs, he was offered just $35 for all four--not per pair, but total. We understand this is a resale store, and pricing will vary, but it seems the offers depend heavily on who is working the register. For example, today he brought in four pairs of trendy New Balance sneakers, each worn only once, and again was offered exactly $35 (the same young lady who offered him $35 the other day). It's starting to feel like that number is a default for her, regardless of the items' value. We really like your store, but this inconsistency is frustrating. It would be helpful if there were clearer, more standardized guidelines for evaluating items, so customers know what to expect no matter who is assisting them.

She says they're not too well organized. They are pretty good in terms of the discounts and all kinds of sexy delights to be found amongst the masses of disorganization. Last time we came here she was here about 30 minutes and had good things to say about it for sure. I mostly just walked the aisles checking her out from different angles.
