They normally start by locking eyes with each other for a couple seconds and then the coordination begins. I had previously encouraged my daughter to apply for a job there, but after witnessing how Amy treats employees, I no longer feel comfortable with that decision. No one should have to work in such a negative environment. If she is unhappy with her job, perhaps she shouldn't be in that position. Her attitude has made me reconsider coming back, and I'm sure other customers feel the same way. I strongly suggest that management take action--whether that means addressing her behavior or moving her to a different location--before it starts driving customers away.

Went today at 7:43 and we were not able to get in as the door was locked. The employee at the door…read moretold us it was closed. We asked why since it wasn't 8:00 p.m. other people walked up as well and he opened the door to let customers out. They also asked why and he told them their manager Diego closed the store for the night. I only needed a bag of Stevia so I would have been in and out but not sure why the manager closed the store earlier than their posted 8:00 p.m. closing hour.
