I didn't have any interaction with employees, which was fine by me since they seemed to care less about customers being in the store at all. This isn't the first Five Below location with unfriendly employees, which is one of the main reasons why I rarely frequent this business in the first place. Located in the busy Cortlandt Town Center with plenty of parking. This location shares the space with a lot of other businesses in the vicinity and is next to a busy Walmart. The prices are obviously the gimmick here and the store is what it is. I only give the generous 3 stars because the shelves were full and the store overall looked presentable. If you frequent Five Below, then you already know what to expect in all aspects.

Dom went out of his way to let me try out multiple mattresses that not only were on display but he went into his stock in the back and pulled out some more options for me to try out to make sure I was making the right choice with comfort, and in price range (I made sure he knew I was a poor college student). After I felt really confident that I had made the right choice, I told Dom that the only problem was a 2 hour drive out to Stony Brook LI. He was able to not only make sure that I would have the mattress before heading back for school, but he came in early on that Sunday to help me secure the mattress on the top of my car with a ton of rope and ties. Made it to out to school with no problems, and have been sleeping like a baby ever since.
