Service is horrible. Help is non-existent. I was told I needed to check my own items. Staff just standing around conversing when attempting to gain their attention, even then I was met with few words and pointing. Kohls is misleading its customers with the allure of free Kohls cash. Kohl's cash does not get applied to your total after all the discounts. Instead, it is deducted first and then discounts are applied which results in less savings. It may be worthwhile to NOT stack your coupons and split your online orders. I lost approximately 45% in Kohls cash value because I used a storewide coupon and kohls cash on the same order. I will shop at Macys where my star rewards can be applied towards the total bill and there are no games/customer deception. read more

I really like this store. I always find great sales, love the online ordering and easy in-store pick up. I have taken advantage of the Amazon return counter on a few occasions too. IMO, the store offers a good selection and a very good value for the money. read more

It seems I only get here to return someone's Amazon purchases. They offer a discount when you return something so every trip I manage to pick up something. My big winner this year has been shorts, but I've picked up a couple of polo shirts on the cheap and while they may not last for years and years, I definitely upped my game this year. P.S. I attended an interview at the Sephora in this Kohls and was interviewed by Shanice. During the interview, she asked me "do you believe in God" after going on a rant about microchips places inside people in China. She also didn't have any of my materials I submitted for this job, which was the first red flag. Definitely the most unprofessional interview experience I ever had outside of a manager not showing up for an interview. Cant imagine why they have her asking people about their religious views for a seasonal job position. Of course, I didn't directly answer the question and said how I don't talk about religion in a job interview. Guess who didn't get the job offer? Before getting this denial, I attempted twice to contact corporate. I was met with employees online who didn't speak proper English who told me someone from their managerial team would be contacting me both times. Guess who never got a follow up? Been shopping at kohls for a very long time, so this definitely has me rethinking spending my money at this place since I was met with so much unprofessionalism. After that interview if I did get that offer, I would have probably declined it anyways. read more

I really like this Kohl's store, its the cleanest one ive ever been to here in NY. Their advocates sre very grossly and helpful, although finding an associate to help can be challenging. My only big complaint is that they seem to be a bit lightly stocked, especially never when shopping for myself, I can never find my size without ordering online to pickup in store. I shop at Kohl's all the time but lately I'm not to happy with my experience with their customer service skills. I was at the rack that clearly said 50 to 70% off. The item I had rang up for a different percentage. (Not in that range) So I figured the item was misplaced but the same particular shorts were all throughout the rack (front and back) I asked what seemed to be the manager or head in charge and she said very rudely " if it says that, than that's what it is." Then she scanned it and said "see it says that so then it's that." I told her about the sign and told her if I thought this, other customers will as well. She said she would go and check. Well she walked away as if going in the right direction but decided it was more important to talk to a colleague then to clarify a price and clear it up with the customer. Now let me make this clear, this complaint is more about the customer service I received. I do not appreciate the manner in which I was spoken too. The correct thing to do would have been to walk the customer to where the item/sign was and clarify the price/ percentage whether it's correct or incorrect. Customer services training is needed not only for cashiers but all in charge throughout the day (head cashiers, floor managers, assistant managers and store managers) read more

We bought a suit on Sunday for a upcoming party and The cashier forgot to give us our kohl's cash. So we called and they told us to come back down and get it. But the store manager "Roberto " was disrespectful and condescending and look down upon my wife because she was a female and disrespected her. My wife was upset, but after all his eye rolling and sucking of the teeth she finally received the Kohls cash. I'm going to cancel my cards and will no longer do business with Kohls again. read more

I like this store. Has the cleanest restrooms around. Clean store in general. Nice selection of womens, mens, juniors and baby clothes at fair prices. Great sales. The only things I'm not crazy about is the toy selection, how sloppy the toy section is and the high toy prices and the fact that they don't have carts, only these itty bitty wheeling things which really doesn't work when you have an infant in a carrier. Makes shopping very difficult and definately makes me shop there less than I used to which is a shame because they are a 5 minute drive away read more

Awesome associate helped me find a suit in mens suit department. Spent an hour trying on clothes before we asked her for help. She found right size jacket helped me get proper size and found my suit online took all coupons very helpful when I was starting to get frustrated. read more

The only draw back is the lines to checkout, however the staff do work really hard to keep the flow going.
