Three words: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My son is getting married and because of the diverse locations of…read morethe ushers, my son thought that everyone could find a local Men's Wearhouse and get it locally. So I went to this location. The young man who measured me was very polite and professional (maybe, I'll never know if he screwed this up). All I know is that when I went to pick up the tux, I was shocked. First of all, I thought the tux smelled funny. It was only after I got into the fitting room that I realized that the guy helping me was the one who smelled funny. Holy Cow, if you work in a tuxedo shop, use some deodorant! I try on the shirt and the sleeves are 2 inches too short. He blames the guy who measured me. Who cares, just fix it. The jacket goes on next, too short again. I mean why spend 20 minutes trying on sizes if you can't get it right? So smelly guy measures the sleeves, marks them for adjustment and tells me everything will be ready Saturday morning. While taking off the pants, I look at the cuffs and see that despite being hemmed, they were never pressed. I tell them to make sure they get pressed before I pick them up. Last night (still before the wedding), I go to a little family get together and hear how my son-in-laws tuxedo's pants were 3 inches too short (a different location in a different state). Note to George Zimmer: stop doing commercials and start finding out what's wrong in your stores. I DID NOT "like the way I look".

I will leave to each of the groomsmen to decide if they want to post a review on their respective location. I will just address my experience with the MW at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights, NY. My first visit went well. There were 3 staff members working this particular Saturday, one being a supervisor, and they provided good service in helping me select the style and accessories. I registered the wedding party and that all went well. I returned 3 weeks before my wedding for a fitting. It was a week night and there was only one associate working and I was the only customer. This associate was handling his personal emails and was bothered that I interrupted his activity. The measurements were quickly and poorly done. I was notified two days before my wedding that my tuxedo was in and went in to make sure it fit. Of course it did not and needed some adjustments, which I was told would be made and ready the next day. All seemed well when I went in the next day, the adjustments were made. Unfortunately, the adjustments were not secure and came undone during the wedding. Quite embarrassing. I highly recommend that you go to a reputable tuxedo rental company instead of using Men's Wearhouse.

I was told by the owner, Jon, to bring him in a few weeks before the event for a fitting -- which I did. At that time, Jon confidently assured me everything would be "perfect." He made it seem like he was the only person in the city capable of making this tux look good. When I called back for the second fitting, I was told to just pick up the tuxedo. That was the beginning of the disaster. I got it home to discover the pants wouldn't even close, and the shirt sleeves were FOUR inches too short on each arm. I called immediately, and they told me to bring him back in -- which I did, trusting they'd fix it. Instead, they sent my 5-year-old home looking like he raided a clown's closet. The replacement tuxedo had a shirt down to his knees, pants comically baggy, and a jacket hanging off his shoulders like he was playing dress-up. The sleeves were now so long, they rolled them up and pinned them with cufflinks. Seriously. This tuxedo is an embarrassment, and the service is worse. I paid $250 to rent this joke of a tuxedo, and when I called to express how unacceptable the situation was, Jon refused to do anything about it. No refund. No apology. Just arrogance. I found a perfectly fitting tuxedo at Macy's for half the price. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place is a scam dressed up in false promises and ill-fitting jackets. I wouldn't trust them to dress a scarecrow. Run the other direction.

Regardless of what is offered- and the little bit that's around, this location is depressing. Quite honestly, this is more about appearances than anything for me. The layout, the empty spots- where even if you've never been here, you'd imagine racks full of clothes PC (Pre-COVID) or before this company started closing some stores- just brought my mood down. I get it, this Macy's is all this neighborhood has and I get it. But we managed to purchase our goods at a good price and headed right on out.

The layout of the store looks like didn't get a major renovation, even though it might have gotten a minor. Most of the departments seemed to be in great shape for the most part - not too messy and even well-organized. I'm happy to see it in good shape. Not too many workers were found on the sales floor, which wasn't a big surprise for the most part. With it not being too busy, I can see making that slide. I don't see this Macy's lasting too much longer in how it looks and its foot traffic.
