So, I asked her question about women sized, she turned me down by saying that " IF YOU DO NOT TRUST ME, DO NOT ASK ME QUESTION!!!!" So, i just told her that I want to pay for the two boots, and leave. 5 mins after I left the store, I found out that she gave me my boot in a ruined box. It was damaged somehow on one side of the box. The hole was on 75% of the box. She definitely saw it but She did not want to show me. So I walked back to the store and asked either refunded or changed the box for me. She ignored me, and asked someone else to do it. Bad customer service ever. Not sure the company wanted to do anything to these people, because it saw other bad reviews of the store too.
