Whether I'm making a planned trip or just stopping by on a whim, I always enjoy browsing the stores. Some days I have better luck than others, but that's just the nature of shopping--sometimes you find exactly what you're looking for, and sometimes you don't! Most of the stores I shop at are clean, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The outdoor areas are always well-kept and have plenty of seating for people to relax. The bathrooms are also fairly clean, which is always a plus. One place I'm not a huge fan of is the Starbucks. One of the cashiers can be a little unfriendly and rude toward customers. The first time I interacted with him, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day or was tired. However, after having another interaction with him and witnessing how he spoke to another customer before me, I realized that maybe it's just his personality. ‍ Overall, I really like this outlet center. The stores typically have great sales throughout the year, and there's a nice variety of options for everyone--it just depends on what you're looking for. I'll definitely continue to stop by and see what I can find!

The next person being rung up next to us after the couple left stepped in and commented how she needed to continue doing her job and she's doing the most and its disgustingly racist to which the worker KATRINA didnt respond to her. I asked for the manager on the clock which was a nice man with dreadlocks and as nice as he's always been being that we've started to go to that store since it opened so we've seen him before n he rung us out before as well today he was completely useless and it might be because it was a busy time or they just had enough of that lady and her rants because when I started to speak she started to curse and talk over me which he had to tell her to stop and keep doing her job MIND YOU SHE STILL RINGING MY stuff and my mother teenage sister and toddler son asking why she's being rude why shes saying bad words why shes calling me fat body shaming me and threatening with what we can only assume is ice giving the days we're all living in now in the country and needing to stick together. I've also never had any issues with customer service. Employees have always been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. My only minor concern is with some of the sales representatives on the floor. I understand they're doing their job by promoting products or services, but if a customer politely declines, it's best to respect that and move on. They're not overly aggressive, but at times they come close to being a little too persistent. Another thing I've noticed is that quite a few items are kept behind locked cases. While it can be inconvenient to wait for assistance, I also understand that stores have to take measures to reduce theft. The value is good for me because I shop sales and clearance. The selections are great. Overall, this is a clean, organized, and well-maintained Target with reliable customer service. It's a location I'd continue shopping at and would recommend to others.
