I especially want to give props to the two sisters that work in the deli section. They always greet me with a smile and are very gracious. I also like it when Peggy is back in the deli department as she is so helpful, and has turned me on to a couple of good items there. I never thought I'd be buying my cold cuts in Wal-Mart. But here I am every week. I would also like to give props to Jane the beautifully kind woman that works on the register. She's always very happy to see me. And last year when I had a couple of operations, she was always praying for me and checking on me whenever I came back afterwards. I love the prices and everything here. But it's the people that make you stand Head and shoulders above everybody else. I would be remiss if I didn't say thanks to one of your great workers named Ron. He always greets me with such a smile and says Hey Mike do you need anything special today. He looks like he wears many hats at this place. And he does every job well. Keep up the good work Oneonta Walmart.

This store was absolutely disgusting. It was so dirty. Garbage all over the floor in like every aisle. The bathrooms were so dirty that I don't think they have been cleaned in a long time. The dresser we looked at was built so poor that the drawers were falling apart. When asked about buying the floor model ar a discounted price since it was the only one there and very rough, the man was rude. The whole display section of furniture is a mess. I run a store and I would never leave my store looking like this for next days business!! I have pictures of all this I am stating and will be sending to the corporate office so they can see how well their store is ran!! So sad as this used to be a very clean and organized ran store! The new management obviously don't care.

The only downside is the light to make a left into this parking lot takes soooo longgg. Once you're inside though, there are always plenty of parking spots. Tops is open 24 hours and this place has so many different choices, even for salad dressings! I came here to kill time to wait for my boyfriend to get off work at 11 since I got off work at 9:30. Even that late, there were still many bakery items and prepared foods. This was around the time of the Baseball Hall of Fame Induction, so I came here and got some prepared meals for the busy weekend ahead. The manager who was helping bag the groceries was very nice and friendly even though it was pretty late then. I would definitely recommend this Tops! Don't know why it has such low ratings.

Before I could even give the guy the receipt for my return she saw my items and in a rude tone told me they didn't sell this item. I then told her that I got it from the location in Delhi. She snarks and wonders behind the register. The nice gentleman than asked me all the needed return questions just for her to come back over and re ask them. Here, everything looked like it was where it was supposed to be and the clothes section was very straight and proper. I came to pick up some furniture I ordered online and recall that the girl in the back pick-up area kept the space open past their regular hours just for me. The customer service was really great and I appreciated her helping me. There is always plenty of parking here as well though the pavement could use some smoothing out. There isn't much to do in a town like Norwich (as well as its surrounding towns) so this is definitely the place to hang-out at for most folks in the area. I know kids in Sherburne definitely frequent Walmart on a bored night out. I also came looking for mugs and was surprised that the selection wasn't bigger. I ended up buying a moscow mule mug that was pretty sturdy and large for a great price.
