Last 5 times I've gone in to consignment - appropriate nice items (seasonal, clean/used once/ name brand/ unique) I have been turned down. With a little snarkiness from cashiers each time. My items are just as good or better then flannel shirts missing buttons with holes And safety pins. I feel befuddled... buying a pair of Guess shoes with the leather wearing out on the inside..... to make the point! This is the first review I ve ever made .... Please go back to the original conceptual feeling of your business. Buying into only major brands and stock makes this like every place else, and unflattering to people like myself that love coming to your store for something unique and politeness.

This is a tough review to write because as a mall, this one is rather small and there's not a lot…read moregoing on; but there is not a lot of population in this area to financially support a huge shopping mecca that you'd maybe find in Albany, Syracuse, Kingston, or even Binghamton. So you have to set your expectations correctly. Within 20 miles or more, there's really nothing else like a mall. Some of the stores are going to be a bit weird, or will go out of business after a few months, or whatever. As it is, this mall served its purpose; something for us to do for an hour or so to kill some time when it was raining. There was a book store that was not bad, and a foreign market which had some unique foods. If I lived in the area, I'm sure I'd be dropping the kids off here to run around and hang out for a while.

There is a huge sale section, perfect for college students that are shopping on a budget. It is conveniently located at the Southside mall, which is along the bus route. There are plenty of trendy shoes, makeup palettes, perfumes, shirts, dresses, rompers, and jewelry. What is lacking here is customer service. The other day when I went to find an outfit for a rush event, my friend and i stood on line while there were 3 people standing inside the cashier island, 2 stood there with their arms crossed and only one person was ringing up items. No wonder there was a line. There was not a single ounce of effort shown to help customers or to even say hi at the door.
