I ended up finding a suit that I thought was perfect, but they didn't have the pants in my size at the store. Also, the jacket would need to be tailored to fit me properly. I was convinced that they'd have to ship the suit to me, seeing as though I'd be gone in just a few days. I had just accepted that fact. Imagine my surprise then when I got a call from Ron shortly thereafter, telling me that my pants had arrived and were ready to pick up! When I went in to get my pants, I spoke with Hong, who was tailoring my jacket. When I had explained to him my situation, he told me he'd try his best to get my fitted jacket to me before I had to leave. Again, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and was prepared to just have my jacket shipped to me. I received another call THE NEXT DAY! It was Hong, who, true to his word, worked hard to get my jacket tailored and ready to pick up in record time! All and all, the staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond for me! My dad (father of the bride) went to pick his tux up when it arrived for the wedding and the jacket size was about 3 sizes too small. They said they would send out to get a new one. Well the new one didn't arrive until late morning on my wedding day and my dad had to drive from Sylvan Beach to New Hartford to pick it up, and missed out on important moments and photos from my wedding day because of it. And the female manager was extremely rude to him when he went to pick it up, acting like it was his fault they ordered the wrong size! After the tour, you can go crazy in there just choosing from hats, shirts, hoodies with great baseball sayings on them. It was buy one get one 50%, so the kid got site shirts and a pair of hats.
