We will never do business with them again! Disappointing for someone that feels they are a premier furniture shop.

Meanwhile, a week after the technician "fixed" the dishwasher, it's showing the same error message again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID --- We really regret getting our appliances from Earl B. Feiden. We bought an LG fridge, along with a new dishwasher and induction range (all recommended by Wirecutter). The fridge was dead on arrival, so Feiden replaced it ... with another fridge that didn't work. They said they had no idea what the problem was, so we ultimately switched models. Ten days after the dishwasher was connected, it started showing an error message, and trying to get a technician out here to fix this brand new appliance has been a nightmare. Feiden doesn't seem to care that so many of its appliance are defective--everyone I've spoken to has shrugged their shoulders, as though this is all totally normal. I would avoid them at all costs

Men's Clothing is very limited (pretty much just Nike merch or dress shirts) and there isn't much of a shoe selection either. Not to mention that everything is painfully over-priced as it is. I honestly don't know why some folks in the area make a big deal about this place. It's one of…read morethose stores where they have over priced merchandise from mostly brand name designers. Every once in a while there will be a genuinely good deal, but more often than not, you find yourself looking at an overpriced item that is advertised as being significantly discounted from an even more outrageous price. When you realize that most of the stuff almost certainly is stitched together in some sweatshop overseas with workers that are paid maybe three cents an hour, the gouging hurts even more. On top of all this, pricing is very deceptive. For example, on several racks of clothes, items will be advertised at, say, 25% off. However, when you get up to the register, you find out that there are all of these exceptions (only certain styles of a certain brand name are discounted, even though the whole rack was advertised as being discounted). And the store seems to go out of its way to keep this information from you, presumably so that you'll just pay the higher price rather than go through the aggravation of putting stuff back. Deliberately mixing regularly priced items with discounted ones is deceptive. We went school shopping for our daughter, who can be very particular, so we were willing to pay a little more. The cashier told us we could get a 30% discount if we applied for a Kohl's Credit card. I did so. Then, we found out that the 30% only applied to certain items. That was not how it was presented to us. Yes, I could have just told them to forget it and walked out of the store, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. And I really try not to be one of "those customers" that store staff have to cope with through gritted smiles. Shopping here reminds me of why I do 80% of my clothes shopping at consignment stores.

In person, the place looks totally different than the photo on their website. I consigned some nice merchandise to be auctioned there in August of 2010. When they sent payment, much of my merchandise was not listed as sold. This included furniture items that could not have been missed. I called several times, but my calls were not returned. They finally picked up their phone once, then took their phone off the hook! I don't know many businesses that would take their phone off the hook on an auction day during regular business hours. I wondered how often they hide out like this from upset customers? So, all in all, I lost a good portion of the merchandise I consigned and received no payment. In my opinion based on my experience, this is an unprofessional business to be avoided at all costs.
