The Southside bus does stop right in front of Dollar Tree. I was surprised to see some name brand products there. The seasonal decoration section is always great. There are Christmas items out and it is still September. I love stores that have items out months ahead of time! Service here is not the best. The cashiers did work as a team to clean up a spill as soon as possible, but our cashier did not have the nicest service manner.

After googling what they could be and seeing a mix of reviews he called Maines to see if he could exchange the product since he saw some concerns about eating chicken like that. Maines told him that theyve never seen any chicken like that and would not exchange it. Today I went to the BJ's website and found that they had most everything that you'd find in the store and at prices that you'd normally pay. In addition they offered a delivery option (normally $14.99) with a coupon code for free delivery. I placed an order for 10 items and chose a delivery time. One of the items was not in stock and was refunded. Two others were not in stock and a very equitable substitution was made. The driver left the items at my front door and I received a notification that my order had been delivered along with a photo of what was left. I can't say enough good things about this experience an would recommend BJ's Wholesale Club to anyone.

When I asked staff about it, I was told they do not issue rain checks and couldn't even confirm if a restock was coming before the sale ended. Frustrated by the poor inventory planning, I reached out to BJ's corporate expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, their response was pathetic and completely unhelpful. If a warehouse club runs a multi-day promotion, they need the inventory to back it up on day one--or at least the basic customer service to issue a rain check. Extremely disappointing experience.

The gas station is the best part of this store…read more Considerate customers sit in their cars at the entrance to the station, blocking anyone from getting past them to the several gas pumps. Apparently, these folks are waiting to see which gas pump lineup moves fastest before pulling ahead. Of course, this makes the customers behind them stack up out onto Chevy Drive, but BJ's has placed a handy sign at this blockage that says "Extra Long Hoses to Reach Both Sides of Your Car." A sign that says "THIS ISN"T THE F**KING DMV. PICK A F**KING LINE AND STOP BLOCKING TRAFFIC!" might be a better option, but BJ's has chosen to stick with their verbiage. Once you pick a line, you might find out why these considerate folks were hesitant to choose. One Buick driver might have you waiting behind them for several minutes as they face challenge after challenge before finally taking time to note the details of their gas fill-up in the mileage log they've been dutifully keeping since the 1974 oil shortage. Other customers, seeing the long lines, decide that after filling their tanks now is the perfect time to put that squeegee to use slowly clearing their windows. You can bet the customers waiting behind these neat drivers immediately recall their admiration for the pre-Giuliani squeegee men of NYC. If you're still up for some shopping after your gasoline run, the Club has some great deals. The food samples will have you skipping lunch, as this isn't like Wegmans. BJ's sample staff is passing out large portions to match their large-size packages. Maybe you can buy some of the products cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find this size packaging. BJ's is a great last stop before heading off to any rural retreat. Why would anyone ever buy toilet roll in less than great quantity? Do they think they're not going to need it someday? Electronics, batteries, and other goods are also available. If you can't find it here, you don't need it, or maybe you don't need it in massive quantity.

But hey, the prices and offerings are worth the wait (and where else can you get enough cold cuts to feed a football team?). The crown jewel? Mobile checkout. Scan, pay, bounce. No waiting, no lines, no nonsense. Straight in, straight out -- like shopping on "easy mode." BJ's, you've officially got me spoiled.

I was looking at the ribs there and we ended up purchasing the ribs. We ended up getting less than what we originally planned . Also, it was hard to find what we were looking for because they were all over the place one was in one section another, and another section instead of just having them all together. And then when we went to another store, I found ribs that were actually cheaper and a better quality, but because we already purchased them, we did Not Buy the ones that were there. Overall, it does have pretty much everything that you're looking for it's just a matter of how much you're willing to spend and is it really bulk or are they saying bulk but not meaning bulk. Not a good sales pitch to a customer desiring to do so. Then pitching a phone other than the one desired. Give the impression they may be getting kickbacks from pushing customers. Very disappointing. Granted this is not an actual Verizon store but I was immediately put off by the attitude. I left and will be going to an actual Verizon store, farther away from my home, but I expect a better experience.
