Location isn't the best but it's still work risking my life for a discount on last minute gift bags and greeting cards. It was clean, organized and had a friendly staff. There was a wide selection of greeting cards and all were value priced. I couldn't resist buying a few more extra items. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in here again. This dollar tree is a hit or miss at times, but the staff are always really nice. My main issue with this location is the fact that their AC went out like a few months ago and no one's fixed it. To be such a big company, how can you treat your employees so bad. As a customer going in for just a few minutes it got warm... but thinking about the employees that work there all day..that's completely not acceptable. It makes me really sad and disappointed in this company who are allowing it. read more

I come here for their selection of garden things. Bought a bunch of gladiolus bulbs (6 bags - 4 bulbs each). They have started to flower since planting them in late Feb. They're just so beautiful. I'm loving the deep magenta that has an almost velvety texture. read more

I really wish dollar tree as a company would do right by their employees. Why is it that there's always ONE register open & ONE employee doing it all. I went yesterday to get a gift bag, there was a line of 10 people all with several merchandise. Does the company not think how stressful this could be on someone. I don't believe they even get paid enough for what these employees really have to deal with. DO BETTER! This isn't just this location it's every single dollar tree I've ever been too. While visiting (Jan/Feb) I used this store closes to my house. The store is usually stocked but needs to cleaner. Half the staff was friendly, the other half not so much. I probably shopped here four times while visiting. There is a store on College Blvd they could take lessons from if they want five stars. read more

This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores in the area. It's relatively cleaner than the other ones and better organized. Customer service has been good. Carries all the usual Dollar Tree merchandise, for $1.25. The quality of many products the corporation sells has declined, so it's annoying to buy stuff that doesn't work or is broken. Seems to be happening too much. Good place to get balloons, though. read more

Staff is great and friendly this store is always clean and organized. What is not ok is that the AC has been broken for three weeks and the store was 95 degrees inside. Such horrible working conditions and a hazard to elderly/disabled shoppers as well. Do better! This is a great place to go when in need for a little bit of this and a little bit of that for a good price. You may not find what you want, but you will find some other things to fill in for what you originally came in for. The customer is service is good and the store is usually in order. The Manager, Maria is super stressed and obviously overwhelmed with her duties. I asked her to open another register for the six people standing in line while the customer at the register was negotiating prices cuz they bought more than 10 of something. Guess that's a thing? It took forever. So I asked Maria to open a register to help everyone waiting in line. All hell broke loose! Her reaction was obviously out of stress and I don't blame her for that... But c'mon?! I have to say, the poor cashier, Lauren, handled it looks like a champ! She was there working on her day off and had to deal with this BS? Maria needs help Dollar Tree! And Lauren deserves a raise!! Properly staff your stores and focus on CS. The pandemic is over. No more excuses. Get them help! read more

I was in this store close to the Holidays and I was impressed by how well stocked it was and how clean and organized it was, especially because it was during the Holidays. I congratulated the staff and management on their hard work! I stopped by there today and I was surprised by how ugly messy and disorganized it now is. Went into the store looking for some containers, shortly after I walked in I was yelled at by the store manager Bella to not let my kids play with the toys in the store because they were trying to keep the store clean. Mind you this store is always a mess. We had not even gone near that isle and I informed her of such and proceeded to leave. Extremely rude. read more

The people here are very friendly. I came with a group of friends after class one day and we were a bunch of rowdy and rambunctious idiots and the staff was really patient with us. We bought lots of little trinkets and ended up buying some ice cream sandwiches for the group. I really like this Dollar Tree because there's plenty of parking and the store itself is pretty big. If you need anything that is "made in China" then you'll be able to find it here! read more

This location isn't one of the best. The staff is very nice and always helpful but the overall store is a mess. The carpet has so many stains on it, it's starting to look like the design was intentional. Every time I come here there's a bunch of boxes in each isle blocking more than half the shelves. There is always a bunch of holiday merchandise that is located by the front door and down one isle. Not the largest selection usually, compared to other stores. They also have gift wrap, balloons with helium, kid toys, cleaning supplies and some frozen and canned food. Overall I would suggest only stopping by this location if you're in the shopping center but to try out other locations for a cleaner and wider variety of merchandise. read more

Standard dollar store. Seems to be fairly well stocked with the typical items. This chain does not offer any fresh produce or grocery items. It's conveniently located off the 78 between College and Emerald if you are in the area. My only complaint is that they have a handful of random shopping carts that are rarely available. If you have kids- it's a must. I usually have to go in search in the parking lot for a lost cart. read more

The store generally looks very untidy, with full carts that look like returns/stocking on each isle. The security guard stands next to the cashier's talking, floors are messy/ stained and only one cashier at 7:00 pm with a line of 6. Mean while there was 3 staff in the rear talking and stocking, very un- organized team. Why? read more

If you didn't know this place was a dollar tree when you walked in, you would probably never figure it out. It is always well stocked and clean and the people who work there have been consistently friendly. There are a number of things I would go out of my way to get here. Greeting cards, Holiday decor, balloons, glassware, and coloring books are just a few gems that are MOUNDS cheaper than a regular store. This location is also near a $10 outlet, a TJ Maxx, and a grocery outlet... so you can get all your budget shopping done in one swoop! read more

I have to give this dollar tree five starts for customer service but for cleanliness and order it would be a One star. I wanted to share my story about George and Daniel they make a difference to want to come back to a crappy store. These men will go out of their way to help you they are the type of people you would want to be working for you. They care about the customers and you can see they are very eager to help you. A old man dropped his phone and wallet and George walked around with the old man looking on shelves and isles helping him go back to where he walked around the store. He then helped me with getting 40 silly strings from the very back of the store. He even made my nephew feel special by telling him you have a amazing 8th birthday. All in all these men work hard and well with the community and I can tell they don't make what they are worth. You don't find service like this anywhere anymore so they should be happy you are there. read more

This store has gone to sh*t, smells nasty, looks nasty, stuff all over the shelves, unorganized, shelves are always empty! Employees hide in the back as opposed to cleaning up the store or actually putting new product out, usually 1 cashier at all times, I suggest heading over to the Dollar tree off of Melrose, night and day in comparison. read more

I love it when I can shop and buy whatever I want without having to look at the price tag. Everything is a dollar so grab whatever shiny thing catches your eye! Some things are obviously cheap and will break quickly but hey it was a dollar so I'm not complaining. They have good brand name stuff too not just generic like kodak batteries. This store is great for buying party supplies like plastic bowls for chips, dips, etc. At the end of the party you can throw everything away since it was so cheap you wont mind tossing it instead of having to wash stuff. Such a great time saver! I love buying Mylar balloons here. I recently bought balloons here for a party and they were still going strong 2 weeks later. read more

Came on a Monday at 8:30am to closed and locked doors, yet they were supposed to open at 8:00am. Waste of my time on a Monday morning.

Decent size store, customer service reps are nice. Lots of good stuff to be found (mixed in with some not so good so choose carefully).

NICOLE AND JORGE at this location have horrible customer service! This store is a joke, by all means avoid It!! Literally the only two employees there were literally just talking to themselves about how his "homie" didn't talk to him or what not.. literally no one greeted us, as we were checking out the cashier Jorge didn't bother to make any sort of conversation, his back was towards us more of the time as we were checking out. I had brought my own bag, and Jorge didn't even bother to help bag my stuff. I had to get my wallet out and pay, and put my wallet back in my purse, and then I had to quickly bag my stuff because there was another costumer waiting. All while he was chilling and talking to the gal. Literally every Isle is full with loaded carts that look to be return items, boxes on the floor chilling waiting for someone to stock them. By all means avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere. read more

I like this store but today was a very different experience. The manager on duty (Angelica) was talking to another employee about stocking the shelves and using profanities as she discussed this. Also, within 10 minutes of dealing with the employee she apparently got a call on the phone from another employee. After she got off the phone she openly started discussing the conversation with others in the store about this employee. The conversation could be heard from everywhere in the store. MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO DISCIPLINE THIS INDIVIDUAL (Angelica) or else I will file a grievance about her language used especially around the kids that were in there at the time. read more

Ok, I came into the store today and to my surprise I saw Maritza and George working this morning. They are usually the night personnel at this location. Like always I noticed George working very hard and trying to make a small area clean and organized by the balloons to make our shopping experience that much better. Maritza was sweet and caring and eager to help the customers all while multi tasking her basket of items to be returned to the sales floor. We are very lucky to have caring people like George and Maritza working hard and caring about their job on this location. I asked if they have finally got people to help them out with the store, because it looks very different. It still has a ways to go but you can see a change is happening with this store. Keep up the great work George, Maritza believe me people do notice and you guys do make a difference for me wanting to continue to shop here. read more
