Shopping Experience at Nordstrom Racks…read more I am not a shopper! I don't enjoy walking from store to store in search of specific things or gifts, especially during the holidays! I want to walk into no more than three or four stores, get everything I need, and be done with it. That said, I enjoy walking through my favorite stores and checking out the goods without any specific purchase in mind. Sometimes, I find something I wasn't planning to buy, but I realize it could help me or make someone close to me very happy. I know this sounds confusing, but I think you get what I mean! Anyway, Nordstrom Racks is one of the stores I enjoy walking through. They are organized and carry well-known brands, which is not as important to me as it is to many others. This specific location is one of those stores that we visit often, and I have found and bought many items here. The staff has been helpful whenever I needed help, and we've never had any issues shopping here. The prices for certain items may be somewhat higher here than some other comparable stores, but if you do not have the time to go from store to store hoping for a better price, then it is worth it. The only drawback is that the racks can get very messy during busy shopping periods like the holiday season. So, it is always best to visit and get what you need before the crowds rush in and mess things up!

They get 3 stars because I can fondly recall how helpful they were more than 10 years ago when we used them to design Elfa storage for 2 closets & the garage. Not cheap, although if you watch for sales it helps lessen the cost burden. And all 3 locations in our home still look like new & work perfectly. Otherwise...they are short-staffed, expensive! ($100 for a stainless steel shower caddy?!!!), & now that BB&B is in the store, that selection is disappointing. No curtains, shower or window, poor towel choices, limited kitchen/dining options.
