The CSR was very nice and patient advised when we can enter, then there was another CSR inside the entry/exit way advising about the carts, which they clean. Once inside, I had a chance to browse each section. The plus size section was somewhat non existent, but I managed to snag a few tops and a pair of leggings (which I discovered later had a hole in them, but was able to fix thanks ro my sewing skills) *TIP 1 check all merchandise for holes, tears, missing part, etc Finally I made my rounds in each department, found some people not following the directions in th store. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.

I perused the juniors and petites. Juniors had cute apparel whereas petites seemed tailored more to older clientele. I did find a cute pair of floral pants in the petite's section and a polka dot dress and green short-sleeve shirt in juniors. I also checked women's intimate apparel to look at pjs and there was a handful of cute sets that were cheap as they were on sale. I was short on time as the hubs was waiting for me, otherwise, would have tried on a few and purchased. Maybe next time. Definitely a fun place to shop with affordable prices.
