I asked for help by an employee and she redirected me to someone who could help me better. The second person asked to see the listing, looked for a number at the bottom of the description, and went searching for it in the back. I was asked to follow and wait. The item was found and with excitement I asked to look and observe it. With the man that searched for it as my spectator, I was able to open the box and look at it. Both associates were very nice and helped me with any questions I had. I'm happy to have discovered this place with AMAZING DEALS. Although it's almost an hour away it's definitely worth the drive for those prices!

I was able to pick up a small couch for my daughters new apartment for less than $300. It was on sale. Big lots also had clothing, home accessories, small snacks, and food items, just about everything you would expect to need in your house. The prices look pretty good and the stuff did not look dollar store cheap.

Saw it happen today when I was there! 3. Bins are full of trash & broken items including glass & instead of employees working to repackage things & clean the trash out, they just keep putting everthing from bin to bin. Food items & vitamins scattered everywhere in the store bins, no effort to clean it up. Management trying to change prices when u come to the register. BIDDING ITEMS UP & down as they see fit. Many of the items that are not in the bin are damaged & close to retail. THERE IS NO PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP IN THIS STORE. EVERONE likes a deal, no one likes a mess, & digging through trash.
