I didn't have time to rush back same day but when I had the time to return later the following week and informed them of this they said there was nothing they could do. Granted, that case was a heavy duty one that really covered the whole phone. STORE -- This $5 and under store (Five Below) is quite basic but is also amazing at the same time because they sell all sorts of items here. I visited for the first time on 7 September 2019. I came to buy an iPhone case which I got but I also ended up exploring the store for about 20 more minutes (haha). I meant to just pop-in real quick then leave because I had other things to do for the rest of my Saturday but I was drawn by all the knick-knacks the store has to offer. Once I figured out the iPhone case that I wanted, I also bought a phone screen protector, a phone charger to use in my car, some $1 chocolates, and a bag of $5 mixed nuts. The store has a sports section which I enjoyed browsing through because I love fitness. They also have a crafts section, technology section, writing section, and so on. They even sell bags (backpacks) and clothes. The store is located at the Ridge Square Park Mall so there is lots of free parking at different lots. If you are looking for something cheap and are in the area, then I recommend this store. My experience with the sales representative and their manager was incredibly frustrating, characterized by what I can only describe as either gross incompetence or intentional deception. ​Several major issues occurred during the sign-up process: ​Pricing Misrepresentation: The quotes I was given included discounts that they should have known I was not eligible for based on the information I provided. The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare.

The bags are 1-1/2 cups for under $2.99. The have light popcorn and buttered 3-pack for .99 cents. Sofa pillows, rugs, wall art / decor, frames, lamps, curtains for your home. I only got through 2/3 of the store and I decided it was time for me to go as I had many items in my cart. I did sneak a peak at the other side o did not visit and I did see some outdoorsy clothes, like Mossy Oak. Although I know I picked up some really cool clothes, books, snacks and such I felt that I really racked up a big bill, to my surprise when the cashier told me what the total was it was way less than expected. I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.
