Looking back at prior photos it looks much the same as years ago. Nothing is organized. Clothes are strewn all over laying in the floor etc. I don't know how consumers can be so disrespectful but I also don't understand why workers aren't organizing on their shifts? I browsed the Halloween decor and nothing struck my fancy, it all looked so cheap looking. Temu stuff. I did get my daughter some leggings for the cooler weather, a sweatshirt and some slippers. I wandered the appliance section and it was a bit of a mess and under stocked. Purchased a plastic bin, and some shampoo/conditioner, and chapstick and made my way to the front for checkout. I'd rather order online n the future if need be then shop the store again.

Couldn't be farther from the truth, but does walmart have a heart, or care? No they don't. They value money. Nothing else. They do not value their consumer. I tried to explain over and over again that not everyone is this area is a millionaire, or even makes six figures. They didn't care. They've given the support people zero power to help. For an hour they just kept repeating "This action cannot be taken." "No further action can be taken." What a waist of money to pay people to sit there and talk like robots (it was a real person though) instead of just givng me the fair price. They are going to have to take tons of calls like this, and they'll end up losing so money even with the price gauging they're doing. And if walmart is going to start charging me Harmons prices cause they think I'm "rich", then I'll just go to Smiths or Harmons or even Hmart because the quality is infinitely better. No reason to continue paying for terrible qualtiy produce, when I can get great produce for the same price at Harmons. You lost one today walmart. Nice one!

She was visibly and verbally rude and unhelpful. We had attempted to be kind in greeting her and upon saying "Hi, How are you?" she responded with "I'm fine" and gave a glare. The rest of the interaction at the customer service desk had the same tone and overall feel. Took over an hour to shake off the feeling she had left us. Regardless of if she was having a bad day, we are strangers that were attempting to show kindness. DO BETTER!

I called online support and they LITERALLY CONFIRMED that YES THEY ARE DOING LOCATION BASED PRICING. This is bat sht crazy. They aren't even trying to PRETEND anymore like they aren't using and abusing us. People in store won't help you with this. The people on the support line won't help you with this. They don't care. If walmart THINKS you live somewhere really nice or ritzy, you are paying more. This company is messed up. I'm leaving my review here cause no one in store or online would help or listen to me. They will "submit my feedback" which is just a bunch of bull to get me off the phone. Insert curse words of your choice here.

Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.
