One hundred percent of the proceeds of items sold at this shop funds the Helotes Humane Society located right next door. The old house is the thrift shop. A driveway with a sign for drop off will direct you to the back of the house. A large sign is posted on the fence of items they do not accept. All the items sold at the thrift shop are well organized and labeled nicely. There are so many good finds! Lots of antiques and vintage items too. The ladies that work at the shop are very kind, friendly, and helpful. I bought a vintage knit nativity scene that I absolutely love, Christmas lights, coasters, and a tree skirt. They offer military discount on Thursday and senior discount on Friday. I had a blast at this shop and will be back. Besides the Helotes Humane society next door, there's also a small dog park behind it.

One thing you may not find is local produce. There's also a section of food vendors. But, I have definitely found my go to's here - a honey vendor that makes a variety of flavored or plain honey love, love, love! I recently just bought their cinnamon and orange blossom - so yummy, especially in my morning tea. There's also a fabulous plant guy that sells native plants and is very knowledgeable answering any plant questions. Prices are very reasonable. I've bought Vitex and Cacti, and my sisters have bought some Dessert Rose. Also walked into the Tilted Cactus Store, and bought a super cute floral top, all merchandise was 10% off for the day. They had a healthy variety of leaf blowers, but the Husqvarna was on sale! In the end, I got the thing home, and nervously pulled the cord a few times, and it started right up! Whrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! They also sell horse gatorade, mane shampoo, and ivermectin here, if you're a stallion. I always like to check out their lawn decorations here. They've always got some of the classiest decor in the south.
