So many colorful bricks!…read more I always swing by Lego stores if there's one nearby, so naturally I had to drop in to this one as well. They have a BEEFY selection to look through, and I saw a few sets here that weren't carried at the NorthStar location. There were a couple of associates on standby throughout the store who greeted us and bid us farewell, and made sure that we had the help we needed during our visit without hovering too long. A few of the latest and trending sets are on display around the store at regular intervals which really helps break up the shelves of boxed sets visually and gives you something a little more fun to look at. I'd recommend hitting up this location if you're looking for a specific set or need a gift for a Lego enthusiast!

Generally, I find this location to be well stocked and organized. I've found that I can usually find everything I need, but sometimes prices are higher than at other places. The convenience of getting everything I need in one place rather than go to three different stores, sometimes outweighs this dilemma. She was a delight to meet and helped me remember things I had forgotten from projects I had left unfinished as well as start a new HAT with a new wool yarn that I bought at the store. Cathy helped me at the counter and was so very welcoming and kind. She invited me to wait in their sitting area which is super cozy. I was surrounded by example projects and even a knitting "bowl-stand-table" that was hand made wood from a local wood crafter. I included it in my photo of the sofa area. It is so pretty. I'm satisfied with my class today and have knowledge to finish what I had started and a new project on my circular needles Thanks Suzy and Cathy for your help today. I look forward to visiting again. ~LindaD

Even though the board game library wasn't very big, the games available had great options. There is a ton of interesting/vintage gear, but not too much in the way of new board games for sale. Also the play area is typical of a game shop and definitely sufficient but not up to the new standard set for San Antonio at Knight Watch Games. Bottom Line: I'd be back for a welcoming gaming environment and a small but might game library.
