While looking around, I found a box of comics on a shelf that had no price stickers, labels, or indication that the books weren't for sale. After spending time going through the box and selecting a few books, a staff member, who may have been the owner, told us they weren't priced yet and weren't for sale. I completely understand that, but the interaction felt a little abrupt. Since I already had several books picked out, I was hoping they might offer to quickly price them, but that wasn't the case. We put the books back and left. The store has a lot of interesting items, but clearer labeling and a more welcoming customer experience would have made the visit much more enjoyable.

As I was looking through bulk, I overheard Ray interact with his customers as they were starting to play in a tournament, they seemed to REALLY like him! Ray's customer service is outstanding. I asked to look through bulk, he explained that the bulk is free. We small talked and I told him that I retired from the military and now work in Japan.
