They do have sealed product at current market price (not base MSRP), but it's a business so I understand. The coolest part is the single card collections. The people here are absolutely friendly. This is a neat store for pokemon card collectors, they have a lot of merchandise so if your looking for something specific I recommend looking on there TCG collector first, add the card to your basket and then when at the store they can pull it for you to look at. You can also ask for binders to sit and look thru. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Cards were priced around market value or a slight upchange which is fair enough. I sold my husband's Pokémon card collection here. The young man who was reviewing the collection was kind and patient. The atmosphere was better than that which I experienced in a previous card shop around here. Unfortunately for me, it was very busy, and the guy said it was abnormally busy for a Tuesday morning, but that's great for their business. I wanted to remain with the cards as he reviewed them since it was an extensive collection. 90% of the time I felt like I was in good hands because the payout policy was more transparent and clear than that of another local card shop where I had gotten a quote previously. I was a little uncomfortable when he quietly walked away in the middle of the review to use the restroom without telling me where he was going, what he was doing, or if he was taking any cards with him, but I should have spoken up, so that's on me. Overall, I felt like the price he offered for the collection was fair. If I were to do it over again, I would have taken out more of my top cards to get rated before selling, but the experience was a positive one. I would recommend this business. read more

Traded about 30 cards to get a card I've been wanting. We ended up trading $300 which was was under my collections worth. The sold me a NM card and when I finally looked at it better at home, the card was LP at best. Guy at the counter basically said I should've come in sooner. How about you inspect what you're selling at $300 in a "NM" condition? read more

The Pokehive is a cool little shop tucked under the shade of (professor!) oak trees. My first impression was that it's clean, well lit, open, and inviting! I'm used to browsing cards in cramped and dimly lit shops, or while bracing the crowded undertow at convention vendor halls. Pop figures, plushes, booster tins, graded and raw cards are neatly organized. They have displays of collectables like the Pokemon x Bear Walker skateboards and Pokeballs by The Wand Company. Collectable vintage merch is on display throughout the shop as well. There's a fair amount of staff that were friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to coming back every so often to browse for my favorite full art cards and gawk their rotation of super rare cards! read more

Store has a lot of different cards from pokemon and lorcana with graded slabs to vintage cards. They have plushies and Funko pops for sale but the main area where people were at was the pokemon cards areas. They match market price online and have a wide selection of cards that people trade in. Definitely a cool place to check out for those who wanna see some nice cards! read more

Can't recommend this location to anyone knowledgeable about collecting pokemon cards. There is nothing wrong with the selection, service, or atmosphere at all! In those regards the place is amazing! The issue is the pricing. They consistently charge 20-40% above market price. I recommend it for fun, not for purchasing though. read more

They sell all sealed product at scalper prices, even new sets. TCGPlayer and EBay have better prices. Market prices for the most recent set have been $37 for a booster bundle of Journey Together, and they are charging $45. They have a ton of stock of stuff too. They sell 3 pack blisters of the same set for $25...The employees had the audacity to talk rudely about a customer that just left the store in front of other customers. Claiming he bought a card and then resold it on Facebook marketplace for more. Calling him all sorts of names. Kinda funny coming from a scalper priced shop. read more

Who ever is running the shift at the wonderlands location right now on 3/4/25 around 2:15pm has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. I had $400+ burning a whole in my pocket and looking to buy singles/crown. When I started asking him questions he had the worst attitude from a vendor I have ever experienced, not willing to hear me out nor give me direct answers to my questions. He made it seem like I wasn't about to buy $200 worth of cards and questioned my sincerity in the situation. I went in looking for a little discount considering the amount I wanted to spend from him kicking me out of the store. (Was with my wife and 3 year old son) I wish Pokehive would have never taken over the location. Have been buying TCG for the last 9 years Geeked out never gave me such poor customer service. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service from the owner who lied to me more than once trying to bs his waybthrough why it said my preorder that wasnt even due to get to me for at least a couple weeks said delivered. He contradicted everything his manager told me the day before trying to fumble through a good excuse to give me. Save yourself some hassle and try another vendor. Everything is bigger in Texas I guess... Including liars. read more
