The awesomeness that this store carries knows no bounds! Today I bought two car stickers and the cashiers were very helpful in showing me what I wanted. They are a very clean and quiet store with everything neatly categorized. He told me that their car stickers last a while and I hope so. The sun is ruthless! Nevertheless, when he said it lasts through car washes and he's had his for a year and a half, it won me over. They were so friendly and I only paid $11 for both of them. Sweet! I want to call more attention to this store because I want it to last forever. We need more nine tails! Shout out to Narauto! read more

This was a cute little store full of plushes, Hello Kitty/Sanrio items. Many things were pretty cute but the prices were a bit on the higher end. The employee was nice though. It's worth a look if you're in this mall. read more

Nice little shop, love the logo/mascot plush but a bit on the expensive side if that matters to you.

There are great finds in the Wonderland of the Americas and Nine Tails is one of my favorite shops next to Creeping Beauty. If you love Hello Kitty and Hello Kitty accessories, you will lose your sh*t at Nine Tails. High quality HK purses and limited edition merch from Japan can be found here. If you're into the surprise box craze (if you're not, what are you doing with your life?) they have a couple anime themed boxes and they go by the rules that if you open a box there and don't like what you got, you can trade for one of their opened ones. Nine Tails also carries anime themed artwork and a few action figures (mainly FF related) and the guy working the counter was super helpful and friendly. Cute store but the guy working the counter was horrible. Not friendly at all. Beyond rude. If I could give him a personal rating, it would be to go fuck himself. Accused my nephew of stealing gum and had a complete meltdown because he couldn't prove it. This was after we had just bought some stuff from him. Worst first experience I had ever encountered. If a blonde guy is at the counter, I'd go somewhere else. Actually, Amaris is right next door and they were great!! Very sweet staff. Go to Amaris for sure. read more

This store just keeps getting better and better! Their inventory is always well-stocked with a big variety of anime, Sanrio, and other Japanese merchandise. They also have a great atmosphere! There's always good music playing, and they really know how to put together good displays. I bought my purse and wallet there, and I'm frequently complimented on them everywhere I go, especially on my purse. My husband is addicted to their figures, and has quite a collection going! The couple that owns the store are the SWEETEST people who are not only really knowledgeable about their products but also extremely helpful and nice! They keep their Facebook page up to date when new merch comes in, and they support local artists by featuring their work in the shop. Finally, they have lots of great events and are regular vendors at lots of the big local anime cons. Bottom line: Nine Tails will always be one of my favorite places to shop because of the unique, high-quality merchandise, totally kawaii atmosphere, and excellent customer service! read more

One of my daughter's favorite shops! We go in from time to time to pick up a Unicorno for her collection or some other cute curiosity . We will continue going back for a fun and sweet experience for my daughter and I. The staff has always been friendly and seemingly involved in the community. Excellent customer service! The employees are wonderful, friendly and full of energy! I love the cute things they sell here, and love how they send out information on their fan pages of upcoming events! These guys are awesome! I wish they had a bigger store! I just cannot get enough of al the adorable Hello Kitty things they have, and all of the other items I adore! They were more than happy to answer my questions, and even advised me where I might find a certain item they did not carry on their store. They are just amazing! Everything is so cute and the staff regulate the products regularly which is great.
