Despite the bad reviews, I got to give this location a 5 stars because of how well stocked it was. Wowzers, I wasn't expecting them to have everything that I needed. The gardening aisle was popping. The candy and snack aisle was on point. They had all flavors of my favorite brand of licorice including the lemon flavor. I have been scouring the streets searching for the lemon licorice and finally found it. Whew, they still had boxes to be put out which were blocking the selection of bags. Speaking of event bags, they have every color, theme, event, and everything else under the sun up in here. Packed store, but I can see why. I wish all Dollar Tree was this strapped. I came to this Dollar Tree for the first time today. It is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I came only for gift boxes, and bought approximately 40 items! Everything from food to hair products. I got my dog some things. This is a very nice store. When I checked out, Sheila helped me. She instructed me to get one basket that was allowed to leave the store so I wouldn't have to carry all my bags. She was so kind. The store has it going on. It's not the closest Dollar Tree to my home, but it will be the Dollar Tree I am going to go to regularly. I even got business stuff like packing tape and glue sticks. I got quality Green Giant vegetables. They have laundry soap such as Tide, for five dollars. There's so much to say, you just need to come check out the store. Giving one star is very gracious...They deserve a negative 10! I just went in there TODAY and purchased a massive amount of fall decor items for an event--all of which were on shelves marked $1.25 NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE $1.25! A majority of them were $150 and 6 of the items were $1.75. This is deceptive pricing. None of these items were on shelves that said anything other than $1.25 I am contacting the Better Business Bureau TODAY. This is patently unacceptable! read more

I won't even begin to describe the amount of disrespect, and embarrassment I dealt with the other night. I will say the manager is absolutely miserable and should never be in a place of authority in any part of her life ever again with how disgusting she acted towards me because I was having card issues. Not only did she laugh at me, but she laughed with another customer behind me about said card issues and proceeded to taunt me with him! I would never EVER treat someone as I was treated that night. Not sure what her name was, after being absolutely embarrassed I just wanted to leave. Mind you I had spent over an hour here just looking for cute little stocking stuffers. I almost thought to ask for her name but I genuinely just wanted to get out of that store and cry lol I'm also pregnant which seemed to get me some amazingly dirty looks from her and the cashier who had first "helped" me ! read more

Bring back the days when everything is one price. The items for sale do not have the prices clearly marked, and I inevitable get something that cost more than what I was expecting. Plus side .... There is a very kind lady that works in the mornings on the weekdays. read more

I like this location a lot! The store is neat, well-stocked and always has a wide variety of the things I typically go in for: birthday party decor and crafting materials. The customer service has been good on each of my visits as well. One thing in particular that stands out to me and that I appreciate the most is the representation I've seen. They have a broad selection of Black: toy dolls, characters in books, garden gnome trinkets, elves on Christmas wrapping paper, etc., and even have curly/coily hair styling tools. Marie Lancaster, the store manager,lacks in customer service skills and is unprofessional. The store is disorganized and very dirty.

I purchased 5 each gift cards and loaded $10.00 on each to pass out to my clients. The $10.00 shows on cards, however, each will not allow to be used to purchase anything. Store told me to call number on back of card. I called and was told to call a different number. I call number and go thru the maze only to have a recorded message say that you for your feedback and if you would like to leave a message. I leave a message and hang up. I repeat the process 4 more times only to end up in the same feedback message. I would like someone in DollarTree Management to respond to this with a phone number that I can call them directly to solve my issue. read more

This Dollar Tree is even better than my last Dollar Tree! Bigger, more off-brand crap and cheap housewares, AND-- a reach-in freezer and cooler for Dollar Tree food delights! It smelled like someone sprayed 4 or 5 cans of room freshener throughout the store. Very overpowering odor. They did have a decent selection and the store was larger than I expected. I wish I had seen the name of the employee that helped us. She had long, black hair and was very nice to my children when one of them asked her if they had a particular item. She took us directly to the item. She was also our cashier, pointed out the survey on the receipt, thanked us and told us to come back. I can't remember when the last time an employee told us to come back. She deserves 5 Stars but I have to give the store 4 because of the room freshener/scented candle/perfume smell. read more

I mean..... To start off I want to say I love the dollar tree. I am a frequent customer at this location. However, yesterday the lines were extremely long. There were maybe only two registers open(while plenty more people were coming in) and all of the sudden THE ELECTRICITY GOES OUT, comes back on and then they make an announcement that the internet and computers were down and they needed time to fix it. Okay‍ so we waited about 20-30 minutes and finally got to check out. Problem solved, that was that. TODAY I stop by for one thing and while I'm in line THEY LOCK THE DOORS and say they cannot let anymore customers in( also, it wasn't even anywhere close to closing time) This made all of us waiting in line a little freaked out.... plus all the people banging on the doors trying to get in. Meanwhile there is one cashier dealing with all the checking out and unlocking the door so people could leave. While there are two other employees on the phone in the office. I understand something serious may have happened.... but two days in a row having something happen like that? I just hope someone who can help the problem reads this. We love our dollar tree... when it's clean, organized and being well run and taken care of! Sorry... thank you. read more
