However, after considering them for a minute or two, I decided not to purchase them because of their heavy weight and the challenges that poses when it comes to washing. My wife found a couple of tops she liked, and we headed for the cashier. I walked in at 9:53 pm and an older lady named "Maria" yelled at me saying "we close in 2 minutes and the system will shut down and will not be able to ring you up" I then replied with "you close at 10 it's not that time yet" and she said she "will not be able to ring me up" I asked why she had a nasty attitude and replied with "the system will shut off and I will not be able to ring you up" I grabbed my stuff and when I came to the counter my mom put 5 small items up and she rudely told my mom they will not ring up and I asked why & she said "because they aren't ringing up" and she turned the screen in the nastiest attitude and said "it won't ring up what do you want me to do the barcode doesn't work" I'll call Maritza her manager in the AM & be calling corporate. I've NEVER had this bad customer service. As someone who respect the time of others and RESPECTS all workers from any store this was the most disappointing thing to encounter. I suggest re-training Maria in respecting & knowing how to talk to customers.

Not sure if it was a supermarket before also but the space is quite large. You've got everything in it like other Grocery Outlet stores. I saw a good meat cold case, lots of snacks esp chips and cookies which are my go-to's, I checked out the freezer aisle and saw a good amount of ice cream and popsicles for the hot days this summer. All in all, this is a solid store with lots of selections and the prices were the same or better than other grocery outlet stores as they had a special 99c section of their clearance items and they had other specials throughout the store too. Specifically, I got me some rice paper for spring rolls and some peanut butter which is a big stable at my house for protein balls and of course PBJ sandwiches for the kiddos when they need some quick energy on the go.

It was, first of all, one of the biggest stores I've been in. It was well stocked and had the one item that I couldn't find a several stores in Sacramento and Elk Grove, but that's not why I came here. We were going on a little family field trip and it wasn't too much of a detour to stop by here so I decided to make the stop. In any case, this store has the cheese, deli items, meats, dairy, eggs, produce, snacks, pantry items, health & beauty, and everything else other locations have plus they still had quite a bit of the seasonal spring gardening tools and essentials left too. There were also displays of some backyard patio furniture. Overall, this was a nice big and clean and well organized and well stocked store. There are not too many GOs in the central valley, vs in Sac area or the Bay area, but this one does seem to fill a niche and a need. Hope they keep up with the quality and value of grocery shopping here for their locals.

This store has been converted from a That's Cheap into a Falling Prices for platinum members only…read more This weekend, a staff member was working near the entrance and stopped people before they went inside the store, asking if they were a platinum member. According to the staff, you have to download the Falling Prices app and pay the membership fee to shop at this location. The rule doesn't apply to the other Falling Prices locations. When the store was still a That's Cheap, the inventory primarily consisted of products from Target and the shelves were somewhat bare. I had gone in last week sometime after the store conversion, was not stopped, and saw that they had much more inventory. There were lots of Halloween-themed items from Target, and the bins were fuller. In the bins, there were unopened cardboard boxes with just a sticker for the barcode and item description (possibly Amazon returns?). The right side of the store and area in the very back was restricted for staff only. Staff warned customers not to go back there, or else they would be asked to leave the store. The checkout line went all the way from the front to the back of the store; I can't comment on the wait time since I didn't end up purchasing anything. There's no store logo visible from the street, which is understandable since they turn away non-members. This location has its own parking lot, which was full Saturday afternoon. The spaces are compact, and some customers don't know how to park. Some will even park where there's no designated space.
