This store needs some management. The shelves were half empty because all the product was sitting in carts in the small isles making it uncomfortable to even shop. The two employees that were in the building didn't seem at all present. I saw some items that cost as much as $9. To me that defeats the whole purpose of going to the Dollar tree. Always a long line and only one cashier working very slowly. Place is always dirty, trash on floor, shelves in disarray.

This dollar tree is close to my home so it's a fun store to go into when I'm bored or want to shop on the cheap! They actually had a bunch of cute Christmas decorations this year and you can't beat $1! We got stockings, a tree skirt, ornaments, and some candy all for under $10! Yea they probably won't last until next year but it's $1, so I'm not worried about it. They have a great selection of dishes like wine glasses that would make super cute gifts for anyone who liked win without having to break the bank. I like to go in here and make gift baskets for people birthdays. They have everything you need and no one will know you only spent about $15 for the whole basket and the stuff inside! They also have tons of kids toys so this is a great place to buy your kid a toy for cheap. The kids are probably going to get sick of the toy in a week anyway, so why not get one that's $1!! read more

(stop looking for price tags it's all a buck) Lots of name brand items You can look on the online site to see if they have something your looking for or need in bulk (so you can skip sams and their cult like issues) Things are located in correct sections around the store. Dollar Tree - Discount Store Near Me - Edmond, Oklahoma

My fiancé and I headed over 2 minutes before close to grab some pens so I could finish an assignment. The cashier, who by the way had a customer at the register, left the customer at the register ran from her spot to lock the door when she saw us pull up. To then unlock the door to let the customer out and have her tell us they were closed. I find this highly unprofessional as there were still 2 minutes before you could close the door. Not to mention, the kinder thing would have been to let us know when we walked in the door that you were closed. Not have a customer do it. Be better. Not shopping here again. read more

I generally do like dollar tree, I mean you can get some nice stuff for very cheap. But today I went into this one on Bryant in Edmond and it literally was obvious they need major training , and I mean deep training. Seems like none of the workers knew what they were doing , almost each one had to call for assistance each time they rang someone up. I was in line for awhile , when eventually the people behind me got tired of waiting in the line we were in and switched lines. I stayed thinking " she will get this figured out , can't be that hard" and eventually she did but still even before it was my time to check out she switched positions with another employee, which of course didn't even Finish her first transaction without calling for help . So I had to wait in dollar tree way longer than needed or I ever wait because the employees have no idea what they are doing . Not impressed at all. The people who were initially behind me in line all got out first cause the employees on my line were very confused on how the register works. read more

The place closes at 8 on Sundays. I had to run in at 7:58 to buy a pack of straws for a last minute project assigned to me for my sons cub scout troop The girl at the register wouldn't let me in. She said "when we're closed, we're closed". By the way, this was on 9/12/10. I will never patron the store again. read more

Every time I visit this Dollar Tree location, (Store 1872) I experience very poor customer service. The employees are always cussing/yelling across the store to each other or I can hear loud disputes from the employees office in the back of the facility I'm assuming. It is not pleasant to hear while shopping. I have went into this store 30 minutes prior to closing for a few things several times, not shopping around just grabbing a few things and leaving before closing hours. Every time I have done this I have been hounded with a countdown on how many minutes shoppers have before having to leave the facility. Most times, employees are standing by the front doors having to let people out because they are locked at 8:48 when the store closes at 9. Today, I got a few items and the cashier didn't give me all of my items when leaving and I had to return to the store where he was not apologetic or sincere, I rather felt degraded while picking up my items for leaving them, when it was obvious he didn't give them to me after ringing them up. I have never made a complaint to any other store location, however this one is very unpleasant to shop in. read more
