I ended up buying groceries but needed an Apple Watch charger and the cashier informed me I had to purchase it in electronics. I don't mind but I'm doing the rest of my groceries with it and he didn't mind. The cashier even helped me find a smart tv for my truck he checked me out quickly and we held a conversation. The produce department looked good and well stocked on my way to the deli and the deli was completely stocked unlike my Walmart store, I never know what I will get so a well stocked deli leaves me many options. Once again Walmart has no consistency to the store layout which varies from store to store but I found everything and than some. One thing I notice was a cooler with $6 complete ready to heat and serve meals which I have never seen at my Walmart, I should have tried one. I did like this Walmart better than my Walmart.

First of all, not sure if it's because I frequent a Target that's a bit more bustling but the parking lot at the Delafield Target is an absolute indulgence. We were able to park in a nearby spot and the parking aisles felt larger with large spaces. Seriously, such a small thing but made for a convenient experience. The Target itself is squeaky clean and we were able to easily find the items we sought and checkout was a breeze. Get to it!

Most recently, I went to look at hydration supplies as I'm preparing to run my first marathon, and the woman who helped me was so informative and provided different opinions on products that might help me make a decision. There was no pressure to buy and despite my indecisiveness, she was very patient - even at almost closing time on a Saturday night! In addition to asking questions about running gear, I also asked her and her husband questions about races in the area. Since they're experienced runners, I figured they would be great resources for well directed half marathons and marathons, and sure enough, they were. While locally owned running stores are not always the cheapest (compared to online), they cannot be replaced. You aren't paying solely for the product at locally owned and operated running stores, you're paying for knowledge and service that can't be provided online. Quite often, performance running stores are really intimidating for more recreational runners and in some of the local running stores they really aren't that friendly. In my running group, we have discussed which stores pressure their customers to buy, which ones we don't go to because we feel the people that work there are 'running snobs', and which ones are not helpful - Endurance House is not on that list. I highly recommend runners of all abilities visit Endurance House, particularly new runners.
