As of right now I give bobs 3 stars. On Christmas week. I got it done, it had been a stressful month for me personally and you throw that on top of it it was just a lot.. but no complaints on the sectional, I love it. I just wish they gave you more time for pick up. I had to wait 3 months, and they gave me 3 days. Don't choose delivery unless you're all for the convenience. They charge based on how expensive your order is. My sectional was over $2000 and they wanted $270 for delivery...pass. I rented a uhaul and picked it up no problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went into the store to checkout counter stools. I found some that I liked but went home to make sure that's what I wanted. I ordered them online the next day. Then I got a text saying I could call about my order details. I called (this was Sunday) and they told me I could pickup anytime next week Monday after 2pm. I went there that next week Monday at 3pm to pick them up and they told me the stools weren't there and that they aren't even in the truck yet. I told them that someone over the phone told me I could get them today. She said no, you'll get a text saying they're ready for pickup and have to schedule a time. I was real irritated. Waste of my time. Blew off 2 separate plans to go do that after work. Then of course 2 days later is when I get that text. I went back in there, pickup was no issue. We got home and had to assemble the chair legs etc and one of the legs was missing a "foot". It sucked but we had a quick solution. Then I notice the feet are scratching my floor so bad. So... we pried all the feet out of the legs and put pads on instead. Problem solved. I rate a 3 because the stuff I've bought from them is nice quality- I love both the stools and sectional. But the foot issue with the stool really irked me and so did the pickup miscommunication. I plan to order a new area rug from them too soon so I hope I don't have any more issues.

I requested a refund to my delivery fee as their part of the deal was not upheld. I was told to call customer service where they went back and fourth with me for 20 minutes saying all they could give me was $23 off. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.

It is their business and they can do as they like. But sheesh. That is exhausting and a waste of time In an effort to avoid the absolute zoo process and a sore back this time I went later in the day and followed other people into the warehouse area. I started looking around when I realize I'm being shouted at and told I "can't be in here." The other ladies were left to shop as they liked. There was no, oh we are so sorry but we have closed this part of the store. I said, there is literally a sign hanging that says "open" I asked if I didn't read the sign correctly, from what I read on the door they were open for well over another hour. I was told that's for the rest of the store. Alright. Not a problem. I left rather disappointed, not so much that I couldn't shop, but disappointed that I was left feeling a little startled from being told I couldn't be there. I had no idea that was about to hit me. I was just looking at glassware. Rather jarring. Also. Why did the three ladies in front of me not get shouted at? I was completely reasonable, polite, and I apologized for not realizing that one part of the store wasn't open (people were still in there actively shopping) but I was made to feel like I was being scolded, singled out, and not treated very well. Where's the harm in being nice or polite? If you plan to shop there: I appreciate they have an unusual process of pricing it after you carry it as you wait in line for quite a while. I understand that can take forever. But seriously, not everyone has the ability to hold stuff for that long. And yes they sometimes have a few baskets but not enough. If it wasn't so physically difficult to to carry stuff in line for quite a while, I wouldn't have gone later to try to miss the line and actually be able to buy things without clutching it so long that my back gets sore. If you go in summer, bring water. It gets very hot and it can take quite a while. If you do plan to go here, even in the main store area, bring a flashlight, a really strong big one., it's truly exceptionally dim. Quite a bit in a back room in the store is totally unpriced. In the store, imho the furniture is often priced a bit ambitiously. But I guess good for them if they can sell it.
