I came to this Walmart with my semi truck but apparently I didn't know that no trucks are allowed to park there. I really needed food so I parked quickly and went inside. I ended up buying groceries but needed an Apple Watch charger and the cashier informed me I had to purchase it in electronics. I don't mind but I'm doing the rest of my groceries with it and he didn't mind. The cashier even helped me find a smart tv for my truck he checked me out quickly and we held a conversation. The store was clean and restrooms were too. I would recommend coming here just not with your semi truck. read more

While in the area for a car show I noticed this Walmart so since I was already going to stop at my Walmart I stopped here. It was bright and clean and had that new car feel to it. The produce department looked good and well stocked on my way to the deli and the deli was completely stocked unlike my Walmart store, I never know what I will get so a well stocked deli leaves me many options. Once again Walmart has no consistency to the store layout which varies from store to store but I found everything and than some. One thing I notice was a cooler with $6 complete ready to heat and serve meals which I have never seen at my Walmart, I should have tried one. This Walmart was bright and clean, but had a weird layout. We were staying at a hotel nearby and stopped in to grab some snacks and drinks for our room before heading off to a wedding. They had more or less everything we needed but some of the selection was weirdly small. I was surprised that they don't carry Vitamin Water and that they only have a couple of options for water outside of 24 packs of bottles. We used the self checkouts and the staff person working that area seemed a little oblivious - cutting in front of me as I went up to the register to hang an open bag on the holder, and then cutting off my boyfriend at the next register as he was in the middle of checking out to reach for something. She did apologize both times, but it was still really awkward. They do get points for their adorable greeter, though - such a cheerful lady decked out in a Brewers baseball cap catching literally every person for a hello and a goodbye. Get it, granny! read more

I purchased 2 blouses on the Walmart website. They were shipped to my home the size I ordered but did not fit properly. I went to the Walmart store in Delafield to return them, they shipped them back to the supplier in 2 separate packages April 1, 2019. After waiting for the processing of the credit I noticed on my email account today they kept my refund for restocking and shipping, it show's total refund 0. Why would anyone order anything online from WALMART? If it doesn't work out for you they keep your refund. I would NOT of sent the item back knowing I would not get a full refund. I feel taken advantage of as this is not very good business practice. It is corporate greed! read more

I agree with Charles this place is poorly managed. Two stars bc they have a wise selection, but this super mart is super slow. Both in regular registers and returns desk. Plus I have had lazy employees say they cannot do something that other stores have no trouble figuring out (ie tax exempt or pulling up a lost receipt with date time and card). read more

Sometimes I have to shop here, but I try to avoid it at all costs. Sure the store is new and clean, it is in Delafield after all. But the overall quality of the soft line goods is poor. I guess that is to be expected, because the prices are cheap. Since the remodel of the store into a super center type, the selection of items has decreased, so sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for which is very frustrating. I prefer to visit the Target just across the way or the Sentry store around the corner. The store also has a Subway inside, which is convenient, as I am normally visiting during my lunch break. read more

I had just gotten air pods so I decided t ok get a case knowing that everyone in my house had air pods. I went in and looked around for a little bit and saw some AirPods for sale but no cases. After that I wanted to ask a person just in case and they were like No we don't have any. Latter that day I was looking for my mom and j had found her in an aisle . The photo center is absolute bullshit. I live near the Greenfield location in Milwaukee and thought picking up in delafield would be better but no way! I had 1 hpur photo to be done by 1250 but when we went in at 1500 there was a printer problems when I already paid for them. They said they will call and never did. Paid at least $35 prints and now we have nothing and no response. They could have called right when the order went through saying they had a printer issue but they decided not to do that so now we got screwed out of this deal. The manager was nice when I talked to him but he promised me an update that clearly was never going to happen. I'll stick to the ghetto Wal-Mart as they at least give me answers right away. read more

I went to Walmart to buy Mario party 4 for my son and Jake and Alex in electronics were very helpful and knew lot about Mario party and told me all about the best levels. Definitely will be coming back to this Walmart soon! read more

This is for the Subway inside this store. It was terrible. The manager Brittany is incredibly incompetent. She let her friends skip in front of us and she refunded them from the cash register. She didn't let her employee know that there were people in line and then she abandoned him. Poor kid. All in all, go to the Subway up the street. read more

I usually shop at this store every week. I think it is a clean store, managed well with nice and helpful employees. Over the last few months, the in-house window or home refurbishment company has sales people harassing people as they leave the store. They are constantly in your face as you try to leave with their quick and pathetic questions to get your attention "Hey, would you rather have a new bathtub or a new window sash?" I've had it. I'm the same guy harasses me each and every week and now I quit- I'm not going back but I'll mourn the loss of the store that was an easy go-to place for everyday needs. Went to this Walmart to get turbo tax, based on the price listed on their website. The website specifically stated pickup at the store and listed the price based on pickup today today at the Delafield store. I got charged a higher price at the store. The manager said that I had to order and pay online then pickup at the store to get that price. What a joke. Amazon has it for a lower price, with free next day shipping. No wonder brick and mortar dinosaurs are becoming extinct. I'm done with Walmart for good. read more

Wow, I just had some AMAZING experience at this store which actually stimulated me to create a yelp account to post my experience here!!! We live in Michigan and travelled to Green Bay about one week ago (that football weekend). While staying in the hotel, I placed a site-to-store order at walmart.com for two Hello Kitty dresses for my little daughters. One thing I didn't realize was that my laptop automatically picked this store instead of the default Walmart store we have always been using in Michigan (it looks the laptop automatically tracked where we were). Several days later when I got the notification that my order ready for pick up, I noticed it's in the this store - hundreds of miles away! I could simply cancel the order and then re-order but the only thing is that these beautiful dresses are already out of stock. So I called the store just to check if it's possible to re-ship the stuff to my local Walmart store. I got this really nice gentlemen - Brian (I hope I have spelled his name right?) who (after checking with the management I believe) retuned my call a few days later and told me he can ship them directly to my house! This is the worst managed WALMART. Sloppy overweight employees wondering about aimlessly with untied shoelaces. Unattended departments. Had to go upfront to call for a manager to have somebody help me get a $52 charger off the rack at the electronics department, after waiting for 10 min at the unattended counter. There were no employees either in that, or the neighboring paint department. The female assistant manager was rude and unapologetic. In addition, another assistant manager"Chris" came out to harass us about our 3-months old beagle puppy tied out, so she could have access to a patch of green grass. Was very rude to the dog owner, a senior 2.5 times his age. Claimed that 5 customers had come to him complaining about "a dog being roughed up' , which was not true. Aggressively accused the dog owner of dog-abuse, when the upset 85-year old accidentally stepped on the dog's foot during that unpleasant altercation: "See, you did not notice what you just did either!" When later in the store I asked the above-mentioned female assistant manager what prompted that harassment on the parking lot, she claimed that " 2 gentlemen" (the earlier version of her male colleague was "5-8 customers") complained about the dog being "roughed up". When asked whether that was recorded and whether either one of them had looked at the recording before coming forth with accusations, she said yes. When asked what she saw on the recording, she told me that I was wrapping the leash around the dog's throat trying to choke it. It was clear that she was lying, since I was not outside of the vehicle until the WM idiot came out to harass us. If there was a tape, then they would have seen that the dog was walked for a short period of time by someone else, who by no means could have been confused with me and who by no means was trying to choke the puppy. My request to view the tape was rudely denied. To sum it up, while did not have enough personnel to do the jobs that they were supposed to do around the store - help customers to purchase goods, but when it came to harrassing motorhomers on their parking lot - there was no shortage of staff or desire to do so. I do not recommend this WM either for shopping, or for parking your motorhome. read more
