All that is left is the library, Pretzelmaker, Eddie Bauer, Younkers, JC Penney, Bath & Body Works & city offices that were flooded out of downtown. I don't know if the rent is "too damn high" or what but this a terrible mall. The top floor is almost abandoned, except for mall walkers.

Instead it just sits and rots alive, like a hobo chained to the inside of a boxcar at the end of a long forgotten rail siding. Something strange is going on with this place. Makes me wonder what kind of property management company is running it. There is absolutely no reason this mall should be in such an awful state. When I went to pick his meds up, this hadn't been done yet. Patricia, the pharmacy tech was SO patient and kind. She called hospice and was able to enter the correct information, explained so kindly that they'd need to set his meds up differently for hospice and why, and that they ended to order a different med in one instance. She checked with the pharmacist a couple of times to make sure she was giving me the correct information, and she was! I felt very cared for and appreciated her compassion and kindness.

I had to try everything on because COVID. I'm glad I did because I left with 3 different pairs of pants in 3 different sizes. I'm short, but not really petite, so I checked out their petites department. Very picked over, but I had better luck online searching for those items. In general I thought the store was very light on new inventory and normal-heavy in the off season merchandise in the clearance areas. My husband said most of the men's department consisted of Big & Tall sizes, so he had no luck at all. Recommend checking out Penney's. Has a Kohl's feel, but a little more upscale than that. Disappointed in the lack of new inventory, though. Customer service was pretty lackluster, too.
