I've been into this location a couple of times hoping to find something I can't live without, but it rarely happens. Staff has been kind of 'iffy' in my experience, too. Kind of rough around the edges. The store has a good variety of merchandise; plus size section is one side of the store alone, 7-16 girls section is small, but you might find something, lots of lingerie, perfumes, lotions, other body products, shoes, jewelry, handbags and much more. Store has typically been very clean when I've stopped in, but customer service isn't great at all.

I found a couple of items for myself and for our dogs also. Overall, very cool store for adults and teens. Also, it was neat that they didn't only sell clothing but housewares, pet supplies, kitchenware, and much more. My daughter now says that Ross Dress for Less is her favorite store.
