They usually have great sales to top it off and are not exclusive with their discounts. When they say 1/2 off everything, they really mean it! Items are easy to return or exchange.

The big day is in 3 days and I just arrived back in Iowa, and wanted to go into the store to try in my tuxedo to make sure everything fits properly. I called them to ask if I could come in and try everything on and from the very beginning everyone was extremely pleasant. Once I arrived, everyone was just as friendly as they were on the phone and extremely, extremely helpful! I tried on the tuxedo and everything fit absolutely perfectly, which means when I called in my measurements they took them down perfectly! All in all I wish I could give these guys more than five stars as they were absolutely incredible, I would highly highly recommend them over any other locations around Cedar Rapids.

He listened to what I was looking for, showing me different options that fit the bill. The suit I bought looked great! Everything went so smooth, from fitting to the final product. And no hard sell, either. I've been back to Holley's several times since to pick up some classy accessories, ties, pocket squares, etc. If you're looking for that classy "look," I'd definitely recommend Holley's.

The store manager, Tom, seems to know what I want or need before I tell him the exact details. He's very knowledgeable. This big and tall store has unique products that make you feel good about wearing them. I've always been impressed with the wide range of sizes and colors. If you can't find it here, they will order it. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to lower the prices just a tad. I can't always afford (or wish) to buy two of an item just to get a price break. Also, the hours have been cut back a little but that's easy to work around. Overall, they are doing a good job of keeping things affordable. I am a member of the Casual Male rewards program and get plenty of helpful offers. It's about the only rewards program I really value or use. I'd encourage you to sign up because of the great coupon offers. NYD may sound odd, but with the holidays and moving was no other time for us to get this done. :) Given that it was New Year's Day and the Hawks were playing, the store was dead. 3 employees were working (including the store manager), so our service was AWESOME. I believe her name was/is Sarah, so 'thank-you," Sarah! We left spending around $800 for two suits, 4 shirts, 2 ties, 2 pocket squares, 2 pair of shoes, 2 belts and 2 packages of socks. Their BOGO 1/2 off sale was going on, so we got 2 of just about everything Hubs needed. The $800 also included alterations. Alterations were nearly more than the suits themselves (boo) because the suits were already marked down to less than $150 each and Hubs got one 1/2 off. The grand total probably sounds like a lot, but my husband had no custom-fit clothing prior to this shopping spree, nor did he even own a suit. I'm sure the suits will last at least 5-10 years because he won't wear them more than a couple of times per year. 5/5 for the quality of merchandise MWH carries. 4/5 stars because the price of merchandise here is incredibly marked up. Unless you're shopping one of their BOGO sales, you could leave here spending 3x as much as we did. The store itself could use a remodel. Carpets were dirty and the other Men's Wearhouse I'd been to had laminate flooring that looked like hardwood. Also, my husband was in a wedding a few months later in April. The wedding was in Washington D.C., but we were able to get him fitted at the CR Men's Wearhouse. They placed his order and told him to pick up the suit in D.C. No problems whatsoever when we went to pick up his suit for the wedding. 5/5 for communication between stores. We got (2) $50 off coupons after our big purchase, so we used them on the suit rental. Awesome! Would definitely return to MWH in the future because we've had positive experiences at the 2 we have shopped. Selection is great and the one-on-one attention we received was extremely helpful.

I can never get anyone to help me and it almost seems as though they will walk away if they think you might need to ask a question. I also dont understand the whole "This item is 40% off" but it might only be on sale online OR in store but not both. The super cash is also confusing because it says you can use it on anything but there are actually a list of exclusions. I have also had several issues with customer service at this location. Making a return to the store that you bough online usually ends with 7 people helping you because no one knows what they're doing. At one point I was told that a receipt showing my return and the money I would be getting back would be emailed to me so I sat in my car and waited for the email... it never came so I had to go back in try again. The store itself is usually clean the the dressing rooms are well maintained. Its just typically a pretty frustrating shopping experience.
