My boyfriend and I went to find a tux, and our initial visit was great. There was a young girl there our age who was very helpful and quick. I am giving it three stars because of the customer service we experienced on the day we went to pick up the tux. Obviously it's prom season so the line to the fitting room was out the door. We don't take dances very seriously so we just went ahead and bought it without trying it on, knowing the young girl (Patience, I think?) did a good job measuring last time. we went up to the register and a male employee looked at us and said "not trying it on is a terrible idea" with a lot of attitude. I understood that he was just trying to help but it felt pretty unnecessary. When we got home to try on the tux, there was a few minor stains on the jacket. Like I said, we really didn't care too much and we're fine with a few flaws, but I hope we don't get charged for the damage that was already on the coat as soon as we got home. Stopped by here to ask some questions about rentals. The man was so upset by my arrival and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and he ignored me. I would've been more than happy to make an appointment with him but he simply did not respond. I then went where he directed me to the section and started reviewing a manual they had out and he told me that was not for me to look at as he walked by me again. Multiple grooms men went to get suits sized at this location. Did not measure a single one of us. Just had us try on random sizes they thought would fit us and then sent us on our way. Not a single one of us were sized correctly, had to go get resized at a completely different location. Very unprofessional the whole time while just having conversations amongst themselves about when they were going to get off work. Complete waste of time and money. No one seemed competent. read more

My husband and I came here on New Year's Day; he had several job interviews the same week and we needed suits, ASAP. NYD may sound odd, but with the holidays and moving was no other time for us to get this done. :) Given that it was New Year's Day and the Hawks were playing, the store was dead. 3 employees were working (including the store manager), so our service was AWESOME. I believe her name was/is Sarah, so 'thank-you," Sarah! We left spending around $800 for two suits, 4 shirts, 2 ties, 2 pocket squares, 2 pair of shoes, 2 belts and 2 packages of socks. Their BOGO 1/2 off sale was going on, so we got 2 of just about everything Hubs needed. The $800 also included alterations. Alterations were nearly more than the suits themselves (boo) because the suits were already marked down to less than $150 each and Hubs got one 1/2 off. The grand total probably sounds like a lot, but my husband had no custom-fit clothing prior to this shopping spree, nor did he even own a suit. I'm sure the suits will last at least 5-10 years because he won't wear them more than a couple of times per year. 5/5 for the quality of merchandise MWH carries. 4/5 stars because the price of merchandise here is incredibly marked up. Unless you're shopping one of their BOGO sales, you could leave here spending 3x as much as we did. The store itself could use a remodel. Carpets were dirty and the other Men's Wearhouse I'd been to had laminate flooring that looked like hardwood. Also, my husband was in a wedding a few months later in April. The wedding was in Washington D.C., but we were able to get him fitted at the CR Men's Wearhouse. They placed his order and told him to pick up the suit in D.C. No problems whatsoever when we went to pick up his suit for the wedding. 5/5 for communication between stores. We got (2) $50 off coupons after our big purchase, so we used them on the suit rental. Awesome! Would definitely return to MWH in the future because we've had positive experiences at the 2 we have shopped. Selection is great and the one-on-one attention we received was extremely helpful. read more

My husband and I stopped in to find him a dress shirt. The salesman, Joab, was very helpful. That's why they are receiving the three stars. It was the condition of the store that saddened me. Tissue paper, tags, pins, and cardboard all over the floor of the store and the dressing rooms were a mess. We got there right as they opened so either the manager closing yesterday or the manager today just didn't care enough to straighten up. There were 4 employees and only us and another gentleman in the store. Why were they not cleaning things up, running a vacuum, straightening the shelves, etc. Why do people no longer take pride in how they present themselves? read more

Where do I begin... I came in with a coupon for a free tux rental through my school. 2 weeks after being measured, I came to pick up the tux and the store manager decided not to honor it after being promised a free rental when I was measured. This now puts me 200 dollars in the hole. On top of that, the tux they had me try on was not the color I ordered! It was obvious as the vest and black shoes should have matched with a BLACK tux, not navy. That's not all, when I tried the wrong color of pants on, they were damn near 4 inches too short. Even after lengthening them out as far as possible they were still too short. Needless to say, NEVER rent or buy from Men's Wearhouse again, you will not like the way you look. If looking for a tux that fits well with good service, a place called Holley's right next door is the place to go. read more

I shop the brick & mortar store at Lindale as well as the online store. I prefer online as long as you know your sizes. Since I work during the day I would have my orders sent to the local store for pick-up. My first order was delayed for some undisclosed reason. About 10 days later I got an email that my order was shipped. I waited to hear that the order had arrived at the store, but no such communication ever occurred. I finally called the store and they told they had my order. Apparently they don't bother calling (or emailing) when your order arrives, this happened both times that I sent my order to the store. Now I have my orders sent to my work, it's much more convenient. The website is really very good with great browsing filters. Once you're into a product type like dress shirts, you can filter by your size, brand, color, style, clearance items, etc. The clothing is of decent quality. I'm just not too happy with the service at the retail store. read more

This place is a joke. I think they screw up more rentals than they get right. Been there twice an always a line of people complaining about them not getting the items they ordered. Just so happens my sons tux was in the same boat. Have to drive another 1.5 hours Saturday hoping that they get it right before prom... order with caution and plenty of time to get a few trips to get it right. Update- Friday evening we returned to pick up my sons rental. We were pleased to see that they corrected their mistakes. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday with my daughter and her prom date to rent possibly buy a tux for prom. After being in the store about 3 minutes without a greeting, head nod, or acknowledgement of our existence the rude floor person tells us that if we wanted to rent he would measure her date but he couldn't try anything on. I told him I wanted to purchase a black tuxedo shirt, and asked for one so the date could try on. He took a white one down laid it on the counter and said he didn't feel like taking one down and re-buttoning it. Needless to say I didn't feel like spending my money in that store. The nice salesman on the other side of the mall at Holley's made that commission. read more

58$ (after 20$ deposit was returned) for shoes, pants and a shirt doesn't sound that bad, and the only thing they messed up with my order for my wedding was my tie even though I made a big deal about mine being a different pattern. I never felt like I was welcome in the store, nor felt like I wasn't being a burden to their day despite my short visits. read more

We rented tuxes for a wedding. Members of the party were all over the US. We had numerous issues with a lack of consistence in the information between different stores. But I dealt only with this store, and the wedding was in CR. My experience with this store was horrible. I was told conflicting information as to when to be measured and when to pick up. I finally had to take the initiative myself to make sure my tux was delivered on time. The day I picked it up I was the only customer in the store. I was not noticed initially and eventually taken care of by three different people because the employees were more interested in watching the TV than helping me. I emerged from the fitting room and was completely ignored. Customer service at this store is horrible. I would not recommend renting from here. Your special event is stressful enough. Don't add more stress by renting here. read more

The staff greeted me as I entered the store. I wear 46 L. I needed it for a funeral for 48hrs. I came here because of on-line, they gave the impressions of style, many sizes, 24 hr. tailoring. I found they only had 4 suits my size. I noticed while browsing that one suit discounted had black buttons near the cuff. All had black thread but one. It had blue thread. Really? lol. Then I noticed another suit full price with chalk and dust markings. Wow. I asked about the 24 hr tailoring. They said they had it but were confused like I knew something about their services that they did not. Not convincing at all. I did have them hold 1 suit, which I did not buy because the feeling I got from the store left me wanting. I went to another men's store around the other side of the mall. Locally owned. They had the sizes,styles. I bought their suit and also bought a dress shirt and tie also. I had money and the need to get the products. I think because of their advertising and PR, they have a "name". If I was the owner of this chain, and was on the show Under Cover Boss, I would be Teed Off. JMHO of the store.
